Please can I ask everyone to remain civil and refrain from insults/namecalling? As far as I can see, gurkenjoe93 was only offering advice and critique on how to improve your (already fantastic) option file. To me, it doesn't come across as trolling. If you don't want to take his advice, that's fine, but he doesn't deserve to be called pathetic or arrogant for simply trying to help.

I disagree with you Ali, to continuously post your opinions on peoples work, when your opinion hasn't been asked for, as if your opinion is fact, is arrogant mate.

And I never called him pathetic, I said his continuous opinionating and criticizing of peoples work on the various threads was becoming sad and pathetic.

He has deleted the majority of his previous posts mate so you're a bit late to see what he has sad in the past.

well, maybe, just maybe, it would make more sense to everyone if both sides used more arguments to complement their statements.

Just an example: "This site says that Bettache could play only as CB or RSB (https://www.pari-et-gagne.com/joueur/mustapha_bettache.html) and some line-ups show him mostly as a part of the last defensive 3-men line playing the right side (Roszak - Bettache, Laffont, Venturi - Schwager, Barlaguet - Salaber, Akesbi, Skiba, Mazzouz, Rahis)."

More appropriate than just saying "Akesbi was a CF" with a truth-bearer attitude. ;)

the advices and critiques would be stronger and it would be harder for Ratmundo say that gurkenjoe is 'becoming sad and pathetic'.

Just to be perfect clear i'm not saying that both sides don't do their research properly. I'm just saying that the arguments would make it more clear to everyone else and probably avoid this namecalling.

I didn't say HE is becoming 'sad and pathetic' I said his posts were. It isn't just on my thread either mate and that is what I am getting tired of. Like you said 'truth bearer attitude'..

Also note that he has deleted a lot of his previous posts so don't make a judgment on this last 'spat'.

Yes, good point. Obviously a lot of players play a number of positions, and if you think an OF creator has got it wrong, it's best to back this up with some sort of proof. But even still, in my opinion no criticism (as long as it's constructive of course, not just "this OF is shit m8") should be shut down, regardless of whether it is asked for or not. This goes for any line of creative work, not just OF creation!

KilboaNeto said it right when he said if you're going to tell someone that they have a player wrong, back it up with evidence as with most of these things there will be conflicting info out there anyway.

We all want to make the most accurate legends we can and more info we have the better, don't just come in and tell me Jason Lee was only a 72 at heading! he's got a pineapple on his head for crying out loud, atleast an 89.

So I was thinking of holding back the file for PES18 release :unsure:

That's because beta was released but now its gone and everybody will play 17 till september...for me the classic world cup is not complete without Romania cause I want to start a career with them
You should upload them and if there's not much feedback, I'm sure the downloads will be massive.
