Hi Pesheads,

Now that all the Groups have played their second matches i though i'd update you with how the groups have panned out. Attention also to the top scorers chart where things are really hotting up.

As you can probably tell i'm no expert at video making but i think it gets the info across.

Tonight we have the last group matches from groups A and B. In Group A Uruguay will look to avoid elimination by beating home nation Russia, whilst Saudi Arabia will be hoping for a Russian victory and a massive win against Egypt to stand any chance of qualifying. In Group B anything could happen with all three teams on 3 points. Spain play neighbours morocco and Iran will take on the Portuguese. Could there be a major shock on the cards?

Lets get straight into the action.

Europe: we have countless national teams so we can do whatever we want in the game (Euro Cup with 16-24-32 teams, etc)

Africa: we have 10 national teams at the moment, Zambia and Mali will be probably released so we'll have enough teams to do a 8 or 12 teams African Cup

America: 10 South (Ecuador and Venezuela next update), 6 North so the Copa America is done.

Asia: 8 teams done, enough for Asian Cup, I'd like UAE for Abdulrahman but not essential. We could extend to 12 teams (UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Uzbekistan? ) but it's very hard to create and find informations and stats for those players.


Watching this situation, imho quality would be better than quantity, I prefer a national team with great players for example Georgia (yes I love them :D ) than little NT, even if they are not default NT, we have a lot of empty space in Asian fake league, no problem about duplicates, everybody can personalize file in his PS4 :)
East Germany is not in your plans, isn'it?

BTW this is only my opinion, every national team you'll relaese is welcome :D

But my file will be Quality AND Quantity, weather I create a Brazilian or a player from Kuwait I give them the same time and effort. The numbers you give for each continent may well be enough for you and your own personal file but not for me, not by a long way.

If you want duplicate players in your file, then that is up to you, But the vast majority of the users of my file do NOT want duplicate players and that includes myself.

East Germany were in my plans but I'll see how many spaces I have left.

Whilst you do not desire any more teams from the CONCACAF region, there are users of my file that actually live in some of those 'lesser' countries.. their greatest players may not be players you will ever use, but to them it is a BIG deal... I know this because they write and tell me and thank me...often.

As I said is my opinion :) I'd like to use Magico Gonzalez too or Litmanen, Akwa, Weah, Sanon and even Andy Selva :D but don't want to take too much advantage of your time and disponibillity and I know is very difficult to find sources to create those NT.
For quality I meaned not how good would be your work, always more than great, but quality of players, I prefer play Savicevic, Kipiani, etc, than for example Lebanon players but I repeat is my opinion, you asked it and I gave mine, but for me is not problem I'm trying every single team you release, even Panama, so it's ok :D

Since i'm trying to escape royal wedding madness and the cup final is on later i thought i'd leave you some great action from Groups C and D.
In group C Denmark take on France to see who will take top spot, Australia and Peru will be hoping get at least apoint to avoid going home pointless. Group D will see Nigeria play Argentina knowing that if they lose and Croatia beat Iceland they could find themselves on the plane home.

The tournament has been fantastic so far with plenty of great goals, stunning saves, joy and pain. Now we move on to the last 16 where our first match will see hosts Russia take on Eusebio's Portugal and the impressive Denmark go up against a superb Nigeria.
