Palmieri. He is one of those default youth team players with 63 something rating in the beginning. Promoted him when he turned 18. He kept growing and growing and when he was 28 his rating was 96.

the best difender i have from Arsenal Youth Team is Libermann. he is very strong and from age 19 he got 91 rating and this is amazing!!!

Paleshin. Gave him a DF leader skill card and he's rated at 89 now. I'm in my 5th season now though and I've got a young defender Aghili who's developing pretty well. He was 69 when I got him and he's rated 80 overall now.

Josse. 27 yrs old now in my 5th season ... He's rated at 85 and has good passing and dribbling stats. Mid 80s to high 80s. He's got good pace too.

And if you dare, you can try Eckersley from Burnley. I'm playing as Burnley so he's been in my squad since the 1st season. His attacking and defending stats are rated at 70 but his pace, dribbling and passing are in the mid 80s. He's good enough such that I've been using him ever since he started developing well in the 3rd season. Prior to that, he was something of a bit-part player. His overall rating is 79 now.
