I'm playing as a Khajiit thief with a created class - sneak, marksman, light armour, blade, security, Althletics and restoration.

Btw I'm going to get a 7300 512MB now:tongue:

Oh, do any of you people know about PCI slots with graphics cards?

It says 'PCI express' in the card information, I've currently got mine in my AGP slot.
So does the card go into any PCI slot? I've got four spare but in the motherboard manual it just says 'PCI slot' and nothing about 'express'

Those are the major skills I picked I believe....you level too quickly in comparison to how your armour and weapons skills go up because athletics and acrobatics go through the roof.

The game looks best if you be a knight or something as you can just hack anything to pieces with ease.

I need to get back into playing this...I really do....what sort of character is everyone playing as?

Breton Battle Mage, my bith sign is the shadow (Very nifty, when trying to steal something or getting past guards)

Not sure about Oblivion but the general feeling is that all previous Elder Scrolls games lean toward magic as the dominant force.

Well I've never really found myself using much magic, the odd restoration or spell your character automaticly gets at the start of the game.

Yep, later in the game (Morrowind) Warrior etc sucks, because you need magic do more higher level stuff. And even a magician can get blade skill up to 100

u dont have a pci-e slot, u hav four standard pci slots (white) and one agp slot(red/brown), that card wont fit

iam on the forlorn watchman quest

and ive found and entered the ship full of ghosts in the mouth of the panther but i havent a clue how to kill them! can someone shed some light on this please as its wrecking my head in! ( i know its gonna be some bloody simple thing too lolol)

You have to have a special type of weapon, like a silver one. At least I think, haven't played in a while.

I think it is a long-running rule in these games that you need silver weapons to kill ghosts and possibly werewolves.

I didn't think there were any werewolves :| Ghosts can only be hurt by spells, silver, or enchanted weapons, which I found annoying when I played because I was a combat type person. Staffs are probably the best weapons against ghosts.

there has, but only in bloodmoon, an expansion to the elder scrolls III Morrowind, i have all the games, right from the elder scrolls I Arena, the elder scrolls are in my opinion the best games out there.

Never played it but I saw it round a friends house and it seemed pretty dull. If the storyline is anything like Oblivion's it's dire.
