Anyone still playing? I am loving it. Haven't spent 2 seasons at a club yet though . I have only ever had 1 BAL player, so no messing about really, signed for Parma (I am a CM by the way) We finished 12th and runner up in the cup, very rubbish season but my player was so horrible it was a chore. In team of the season as well which was impressive for 1st season.

Moved to Espanyol for the 11-12 season, finished 9th, quarters of the cup. Again another lacklustre season but things were picking up, scored 14 goals and 4 assist as opposed to 11 and 5 the season before. Also picked up 4 red cards this season somehow . Was in the Team of the season, which I was chuffed with.

On to Hannovver 96 I went (3 clubs, 3 countries ) Didnt really get my game here for some reason, only played 21 games (42 and 43 in previous seasons) scored 4 and set up 7, playing more like a CM now . Finished 10th and nowhere in the cup. But then things picked up in the 13-14 season with a move to Chelsea.

At Chelsea I played 47 games scoring 24, and setting up 9. Won the Premiership (With ease) and semi finals of the Champions League. Player of the season here.

To continue with my ways, off I went back to Spain with Sevilla, played 53 games here, scored 14 and set up 23. Was player of the season, and best midfielder in Europe. We finished top of the league, and also won the Copa Del Rey. So my first really great season, eliminated in the ever elusive Champions League in the Semis.

The dream move then came to Liverpool (My team ) 49 games, 15 goals and 14 assists, hated playing for Pool though, the team was so bad, passing was shocking, and the manager hated me . Won the league though as well as the FA Cup (Which I hadn't won with Chelsea) Quarters of the Champions League as well . But this time I was voted, best Midfielder in Europe, player of the season and World Footballer of the year (Which is an awesome little video for it )

Anyway no time for dreams, off I went to continue my quest for World domination, Ajax was the next stop, we finished 2nd in the league (Lost the last game of the season ) won the KNVB Cup, and nowhere in the CL. My most productive season, 41 games 23 goals and 25 assists. Was in team of the season and best midfielder in Europe again, but that meant nothing as I didn't win the league .

So now in the 17-18 season, Barcelona want me, so off I trot, 50 games later, 33 goals and 17 assists, we win the league, semis in the cup and win the Champions League WAHEY! . World Footballer of the year (Twice) and Player of the season were won. Delighted to have finally won the CL though.

Roma were the next stop, won the league, won the cup. Played 48 scored 21 and set up 20. Won World Player of the year (3rd time), Uefa Club Footballer of the year, Best Midfielder of the year and player of the season. so one of my best seasons.

Currently at Marseille, played 23 games, scored 29 goals and set up 7. French league is a bit rubbish but I haven't won it so why not.

Anyway half way through I decided I would try win every cup I could. I currently have the German League and Cup, Dutch League and Europa League to go. I can well do that in 2 seasons that's also assuming I win the league and cup with Marseille, Lyon are a class team in it.

Internationally playing for Ireland (Home Country) we have won the European Championships twice, so I also have to win the World Cup but I reckon we will do that next year.

Anything else you wanna know let me know. But I am loving this game as I am sure you can tell

Just started after my adventures of Master League and I must say I'm impressed to see the improvements from last years' BAL disappointment. So I started with my Welsh CF and jeopardized starts for a better team deciding on West Brom where I've had to fend off competition from Carlos Vela but have managed to cement myself into 1/4 of the games.

Wow, haven't been to this forum in quite awhile now. Anyways, BAL mode in PES2012 can be rewarding when you score a decisive winner, win MVP's and be captain of your team but at times it's just too darn frustrating to see your defenders dribbling with the ball in defence and lose possession to any striker that seems to score fairly easily against your GK. There a lot of things that bugs me in BAL mode that I wish to share with all the PES fans out there but first things first, I'll start with the progress.

I created a Brazilian SS/WF/CF named Chavez Wong and I'm in my 5 season currently playing for Sevilla in the LFP. Started my career in Parma where i scored 20+ goals and bagful of assists in my first season but sadly we were pipped to the title by Inter(they are insanely strong!). Never got a call up for Brazil but in the summer I got an offer from you guess who? Barca!! Omg.. Dream team as they play attacking football and has Messi, Xavi, Iniesta in the team just to sweeten things up. I never even had a 2nd thought when I signed for them.. It's a 2 year contract paying me around 200k per year. But when I arrived and went and look at My Team, there is no Messi, no Dani Alves, no Pedro (he played for a few games then left later), Busquets was also gone.. and I was like.. WTF??!! Bayern bought Messi and Alves and they've got Cech for GK and so many other Big names I cant even remember.. That is so unrealistic.. Nevertheless I still relish the chance to play for Barca even without Messi and Alves in the team and Barca even got Gerrard and Sneijder and Diego with no out and out striker in the team.. In my first season, i raked up 40 odd goals and 10+ assists won everything that has to be won and got called up for the national team for the first time and also won the Copa America that year, scooping the MVP, top scorer and assists award as well. You guys may think I must have been playing in Amateur difficulty but shit you not I was playing in Top Class difficulty with many hair pulling, yelling, banging of keyboards and moniter moments.. After 1 season with Barca, i decided to call it quits as Sevilla moved in swiftly for me with a 5m pounds bid and I gladly accepted as It was so darn frustrating to be a 1 man team for a team full of stars.. I mean, the difference of the difficulties is actually just downgrading of your team's AI.. The AI in the opposing team are so much smarter, quicker, better positioning, plenty of luck and never seem to get 2nd yellow cards or even straight reds is just utterly ridiculous. But I still love the joy when you pop in with a goal or just maze through a defence and lob the ball over the helpless keeper.. I'm in my 3rd season with Sevilla now and won the league twice, Champions league once and 2 Copa Del Rey's. After 12 games in my current season we're standing 5th behind Atletico Madrid, Barca, Real Madrid and Deportivo.. The only thing that I can ask for is for Konami to sort the AI thing out! The opponents are fine but your team is just plain dumb as far as I'm concern. Cheers to PES!

I started off at West Ham United and only got 7 games, scoring a goal. I then moved to Genoa where I played only 2 fecking games and got 1 assist and a MoTM performance. Then I went to Juventus where I played about 30 games, scoring 4 and assisting 7. I finally got my dream move to Arsenal where I have yet to play. I am playing with a very speedy winger who is brilliant at dribbling also. Shite at everything else though.

In BAL, if you choose an existing player, will you get development? I have chosen an existing player with an age of 15, and after 4 matches I haven't seen that red bar of growing process!

I have been playing for five months I believe, and Become a Legend was one of the first things I started when I got the game (I had already played BAL in my PS2, now I'm playing in PES 2011 PS3). So far, these are the teams I have been in.

- Boca Juniors.
- VVV-Venlo.
- River Plate.
- FC Barcelona.
- Manchester United.
- Boca Juniors.
- Paris Saint-Germain.
- Juventus (present team).

Overall, I had say I'm having a very easy time in BAL, but that's due to the fact I'm playing in Professional mode, and not in Top Player. I got to the final of the Champions League with River Plate, but lost to Inter. Once again, I got to the final with Barcelona, and won (yay!). I've always wanted to play for Manchester United, but in my PS2 it felt weird playing in a fake league. Luckily, on PS3 that changed considerably, so I could play in MCU. We won the Champions League once again, against Milan. I moved to Boca Juniors because it had finished around 10th in its league. I brought it back to first place, but I didn't stay another season to battle for the Champions League. Instead, I moved to Paris Saint-Germain, and tried to win the Europa League. We got eliminated in the semi-finas against AS Roma, since I couldn't participate in the second leg due to yellow cards accumulation (we had won the 1st leg 2 - 0, but lost the 2nd one 3 - 0). My last team on the PS2 was Inter, and I always wanted to play for Juventus. So I moved from PSG to Juventus FC, and won the Europa League in our first season, along with the league title and the TIM Cup. :D We have already classified for the Champions League knockout stage.

On the National side of things, I'm playing for Argentina. So far, we have won the two Copa América we have participated in. However, we lost two World Cups. In the first one, we were eliminated in the quarter finals by Italy. It was probably the most exciting international match I have had so far. We were losing 0 -1 in the 2nd half, until I scored a header from a corner and leveled the score (it is incredibly difficult for me to score a header in a match, while in the PS2 I would do it all the time). Then I got substituted, and everything went downhill...
On the 2nd World Cup, I was not called up because I got injured in a match while playing for Juventus FC. Argentina got eliminated in the Group Stage, lol.

I really want to play in Top Player, but the fact that my team's AI seems to downgrade a lot keeps me from changing the difficulty.

EDIT: Also, it's weird as hell seeing argentine teams playing in UEFA competitions, so next time I start BAL, I'll change the teams to german teams. But hey, I just wanted to play for River Plate. :D

Finally notched a 100 point season - 56 matches, 4800 minutes

74 goals, 26 assists. On top player. It helps to be a glory-hogging ball hog and finally get comfortable enough with some of the dribbling feints to not get 1/3 of my shot attempts blocked.

Just to inform everyone I started BAL in PES2011.. done a few seasons, Top Player, Playing as a speedy SMF.. First season in Blackburn, got into Premier League best 11, transfer to Atletico Madrid. (I remember they were a good BAL team in PES09 even)

I'm having tons of fun! the team has Drogba & Forlan so strikers are decent, so they score, and I've poached now a goal in last 5 consecutive matches.. Right place right time (No wonder as I'm the only player in either team with HUMAN brains :D). Cut inside at the correct times from SMF, good position to play in, can get involved pretty much, and cutting inside i a good thing to do so a bit better than AMF in that matter.

But anyway talks about BAL being broken are exaggerated. The Bal is better than ever even that theres of course still lots of issues about team AI, not as bad as before!

Made myself a belgian Heavy Tank CF Overall 72. Started in Roda (Eredivisie is the perfect training ground as other players are as shitty as your own), won the domestic cup and Europa League in my first season (Top player from the start) finished the national in 8th, stayed there for another half season, no decent arrivals, so I moved to Aston Vila (West Midlands Village) who was also available for Europa League. Won it again, plus the domestic cup, finished the national in 5th. Chose to stick with the team, and next season we lost domestic cup and Europa league, but won the championship. Arsenal made me an offer, so i took it. Playing alongside Iniesta, Fabregas and Nasri is awesome, we got ourselves the national Cup, championship and Champions League, with me being top scorer for the latter 2. Due to a annoying bug I didn't receive any awards for CL or EL though (Can anyone help me with that?). In my national caps we (incredibly) won the European Cup against Spain (top scorer again), but were eliminated in the World Cup Qualifiers. Now 20 y.o. and 82 Overall.

Can't believe I still haven't finished my BAL. Playing nearly every minute over the course of a 50+ game season adds up. Next time I start a BAL I think I'll be switching to 10 minute games.

Last season was my best yet. 3rd year since transferring to Fiorentina. 56 matches, 80 goals, 40 assists, 7.4 avg rating. It's become too easy at this point. We're probably winning 95% or more each season. Last season we drew one match in Calcio, and lost a 1-0 CL final to Tottenham.

At this I'm playing because I have to see what my "score" or whatever is after I retire. Which may be next season.

A lot has passed since my last BAL save.

I started a new one, once again with an all-rounder CF, with 4 shooting, 6 dribbling and 6 speed, which gave me 77 overall striker. Since I didn't want to play a lot of games only to find out my player would have a low overall rating, I fast forwarded around 8 seasons until my player was 25. To my surprise, he got a 100 overall rating. :D During those 8 or so season he learned:

1-on-1 Finish
PK Taker
1-touch play
Outside Curve
Speed Merchant

Second Striker

Anyways, I got out of the menu and in again to start my career properly, knowing my player would go onto become a really good striker (though his jumping ability sucks, only 70 at 25 years). I currently play in the Top Player difficulty. I have to say, though, that I feel I have gotten a lot better, to the point that during my first matches I started to doubt whether I was playing in Top Player, or Pro. So far, I have played for Monaco, Lazio and Milan, which is the club I'm currently in. With both Monaco and Milan, I have an average of 2 goals per game. I didn't do so well at Lazio though, I think I scored around 35 goals in 25 games. I can post the correct figures tomorrow.

Right now, the most memorable moment I can think of is reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League with Milan, only to lose to Barcelona 4-0 at Camp Nou, and win 4-1 at San Siro, a hat trick of mine included. That means we are out.

Until a couple of days ago I used to have a folder in my desktop dedicated solely to my progress in BAL, including text documents regarding competitions (who won what, when, against who, and what was the result), along with a wikipedia-styled biography of my character. During a fit of "I don't want to do this anymore" I deleted it all, and I kinda regret it now. I have already created a new player for me to use, though I'm not sure whether it is good enough.

Finished the 1st season. Was the best scorer and assistments leader.41 goals in 35 games(didn't play 3 games because of injury) and 15 assists.
I got injured in the week before the last game...Im half the team lol, so...
We,Lazio, were first placed, Inter had the same points as us.Last game...Juventus 3-0 Lazio. We ended up in 2nd place, so I felt bad because we could've won if I played.I just passed the european cup groups games, and I got offers from West Midlands Village, Lazio's renovation contract, Valencia, The Potteries(Seriously, no, just no) and A.C. Milan.I took A.C. Milan because it was the highest club and had the best payement(2.5 millions).I debuted in the first game and scored 2 goals and assisted 1 goal.
