The Master League Experiences Thread

With all the editing and tweaking stuff only now I had the chance to properly play ML. I had few experiences from the past, which were quite weird, some I mentioned here, like the ones with Atletico Madrid, when the game felt hard (against Deportivo) and super easy (against Barca) on the same top player level. I ended first round of Champions League with only one point, got beaten by Man City 1-4. Then, in the second leg I had to win since there was no other way if I wanted to continue. Guess what, I was already winning by 3-0 against City in the first half. City played almost like Barcelona. Yeah, that bad... (I want you to remind that I am talking about PES 15, more specifically a mode called Master League, there are no references to reality whatsoever). Anyway, I tend to forget this kind of stuff, started all over. I even forgot my experience with Rayo Vallecano, where I wanted to play as an underdog, defend well, use 5 defender system and be very limited in budget, but... When I checked my expected earnings I was informed I will have at least 30 million euros budget next season. For what reason? Just playing the games, geting huge amounts of money from sold tickets... So I started from scratch all over again. This time, few days ago, I took Evian, having in mind most of the stuff was already edited by Paul, I took this ML seriously and decided to make long run, like at least 5-7 seasons. Evian relegated this year to second french division, but I wanted to make sure that under my management it wasnt repeated. Afcorse, they are a club with low budget (6 million transfer budget in PES is pretty realistic, a bit too much compared to reality) but I wanted this challenge. Worked hard by selecting cheap players with potential, trying to save money, earn from selling, but guess what... I checked expected earnings and there... I would already have 19 million euros budget for next season. So I guess another ML is finished. I will just take some rich club and have fun + it will be realistic for me to get these incomes every season. Does it really work like that way? Do I get all of this income deal correctly? Because I dont know how I can become poor.

Hi guys im new in the forum. So my ML season with AS Roma started very good with the 50 million euros baget plus 40 millions from the players i sold(25 millions for 38 years old Totti)I did some decent signings as well with the best one the 21 years old Jese from Real M. who is my best player so far.I also signed De Vrij,Icardi,Perin and Montoya and loan loaned Moralez. The Season started with a completed squad that iincludes very good options in the bench. After 10 matces im 3rd in the league 4 points behind Napoli and Juventus who they did win all theyr 10 matces and i draw 2 of them i passed the first round of the cup with a late minute goal vs a 2nd division team and im 1st in the Ch.L group stages win 3/3 matces vs Bayern,Legia and a fake team.My target is to win a trempl in my first season because i have never did that on Super Star Level..Thats it so far, sorry if my english are a little messed up but they are not my actual language since im from greece.

I've been playing PES for the last two days since a long time. These are the relevant news:

- Zaha out (£22m) as well as Helander (fuck you Sweden, fuck you), Siggy, Redmond, Ings, Fabianski and RLC.
- Iturbe in for £35m. Quaresma in as a free transfer (regen).
- Final transfer window balance: + £18m, total of £78m.
- After payments: £89m.
- Declined offers of 5m for a 84 rated Dier, and a few other similarly nerve-racking.

I'm gonna buy a 31 yo Rooney for £80m in a few hours. Because yes.

Well, I got tired of Premier League so my Swansea ML is officially over. Italy next. Taking Milan back to glory. Only italian players + Neves (of course), under 23 at the time of signing. Keepers included. This gonna be good...

First game of the pre-season completed (1x0 loss at the hands of Man City, with a very stupid yet very normal goal in PES). This is the main idea for the team, using a yet-to-be-decided-formation:

GK
OUT: Abbiati, Agazzi, Diego López
IN: Perin, Scuffet
Undecided: -
Staying: -

CB
OUT: Rami, Bonera, Mexes, Zaccardo, Alex, Zapata
IN: Luca Antei, Alessio Romagnoli, Camporese, Bianchetti
Undecided: Paletta
Staying: -

LB
OUT: Antonelli, Armero
IN: Murru
Undecided: -
Staying: Albertazzi (really liked him, my biggest hopes lay here.)

RB
OUT: Abate
IN: Darmian (possibly will arrive on a great €2m deal)
Undecided: -
Staying: De Sciglio

MF
OUT: Essien, De Jong, Muntari, Montolivo, Van Ginkel, Honda
IN: Neves, Molinelli, Bertolacci, Sturaro, Baselli, Saponara
Undecided: Poli
Staying: Mastour

WF/SS
OUT: Menez, Suso
IN: Florenzi, Berardi, Gabbiadini
Undecided: Bonaventura, Cerci
Staying: El Shaarawy

CF
OUT: Pazzini
IN: Moncini (the italian Stremer)
Undecided: -
Staying: Destro

Considering the available options a 4-4-2 might be a good choice, although I never managed to play smoothly with it. Perhaps this is the game changer?

Sweey That moment when I am buying the players Milan should be buying, and Milan seem to be listening and go after them as well. Alessio Romagnoli linked to Milan for €18m. I got him for €2.75m :folarm:

They've also been going for players after I've discussed them on the phone with my friend. Coincidence? No :>

Staying: El Shaarawy

CF
OUT: Pazzini (9.4m, Corinthians)
IN: Moncini (the italian Stremer; 3.8m)

This said, and after a truly incredible result of +€64m during the transfer window, the squad is currently like this:

GK
Perin, Scuffet

CB
Alex, Zapata, Paletta, Antei, Romagnoli, Bianchetti

LB
Armero, Albertazzi, Murru

RB
Abate, De Sciglio, Darmian

MF
De Jong, Montolivo, Poli, Van Ginkel, Neves, Molinelli, Bertolacci, Saponara

WF/SS
Suso, Florenzi, El Shaarawy, Gabbiadini (impressive player)

CF
Destro, Moncini

Van Ginkel will stay, Suso might stay. I'm still pleasantly surprised with Albertazzi. Saponara is a genius, and as usual with geniuses he is very weak, very inconsistent, and very good. Perin is way too good to be true.

Tactic so far is a 4-2-4 derived from a 4-3-3, where Gabbiadini plays more upfront and Saponara closer to the midfield.

Played PES today for the first time since Florenzi flourished. Two games later, Albertazzi "has been looking really good", and an unhappy Verrati will come to Milan after a 50% reduction in his salary! €23m for him ain't a bad deal as well.

After a very nice 2 nil against AS Roma... in Rome, Albertazzi flourished and he's looking good. Strong physically, not that fast, but I like players like this. Good defensive stats as well.

Just reached January. Armero, Zapata and Abate should be leaving, but only Zapata did so. The rest stayed here and refuse renewal. I have no idea what's happening.

Verratti in for 23m, Caldirola in for 3.5m, Berardi in for 10m. If offers come a few players may leave.

De Sciglio, Van Ginkel and El Shaarawy demanded a new contract with excessive wages increases, after negotiations all will stay with similar wages (lol).
