Sorry i though it was on PC, can you give me the names of some good players ?

Sure. Well, you have the players in my squad (check the pics). Driussi is an excellent buy, you can probably get him pretty cheap early on. Kane is a good one too, in my game I got him for free since his contract expired at the end of the first season, same with Coman!

Another recommended buy is this guy http://www.pesmaster.com/m-g-araujo/pes-2016/player/268481244/

In my game he developed to about 83/84 OVR, but if you signed him early, I reckon you could easily get that to 85+.

I tend to only sign young developing players, so my advice would be to search for players under the age of 22, and check out their development graph. If you sign them early on, and play them regularly, they'll develop well above expected.

Pogba is a really good purchase. He develops all the way to age 27. And seems to have a long peak plateau after that. And in central midfield he is your one stop solution. DM, CM, AM.

Luke Shaw is also not too bad. He develops up til 25 years old. Not sure how long more but might be worth seeing if you can buy him early.

Rugani is a good defender. Also long developing phase. I think he continues developing until 26.

And as Ali said, if you want them in your team long term, you should buy them early and develop them yourself. A player predicted to hit mid 80s can go up to 93.

Just an update to my Master league season 5.

I offloaded Coutinho, Benteke and Mignolet for good money. Although my finances is good I'm being proactive about rejuvenating my squad.

Signed Regen Buffon, Regen Pirlo and Regen Torres on free transfers.

Regen Pirlo is an absolute master. I signed him at 75 rating and two days later...bam...he jumped to 77 without any flourishing. Long range passing is just a few weeks training away from 90.

More interesting is although he is rated 77 as a DM, when I put him as CM he is an 80. All just at 16 years old. Craaaaazy. Also from what I recall he has very very slow decline.

How does this transfer request thing works in ML? Im doing pretty bad with Toulouse, so decided to abandon them for good. I know I wont get sacked, because it doesnt exist in the game, so I just made a transfer request that I want to go to Ligue 2 club. I skipped entire January month, but the sign "Negotiations in Progress" doesnt change and when I want to go further into february, which marks the end of transfer window, it says "There are transfer negotiations to which you havent responded. If you do not respond to an offer, negotiations will break down." Then I go back to manager offer and its still the same "Negotiations in Progress". When I press on it, only game plan and that teams season results appear. How do I get out of my current club? Im trapped!!!

As far as I know, when you get an offer for another club, you just click on the offer and press 'Contract'.

Yes, you are correct. But when you dont have any offers and you still want to go, you can make a transfer request. The thing is that when you contact any club you want, you get stuck in "Negotiations in Progress" for a long time with no progress.

Oh, I didn't know you could do that. I don't ever change clubs in ML though.

SOMOS FC PORTO

After a horrendous season from Lopetegui, Pinto da Costa was quick to press the trigger and revolutionize the club. With the basque out of the way only one name could take Porto back to glory... Chefão!

Don't let the red tie fool you

Promptly after his arrival it was clear that a long road needed to be covered. With every tactical approach Chefão brought with him, Porto players became more and more confused. It was not a familiar system, and it sure was visible on the team chemistry.

40s are the new 80s

What to do in this case? Pinto da Costa had taken a (grounded) leap of faith when appointing Chefão, so only one option left: release all the players! Seriously though, inside sources stated, at the time, that Chefão would be given complete freedom to restructure the team/squad. They kept their word, and shortly after some targets started hitting the front pages.

From Helton, to Casillas, to this. Not the brightest of times

António Lopes. No, that's not it... Antóny Lopez... No... Ah, yes, Anthony Lopes! Yes. He is portuguese. Portuguese, he is. No doubt. Next!

Oh yes... The pace is real

The hottest prospect in portuguese defensive line. Failed to prove himself so far, but there is undeniable quality in those feet. Only missing the quality in his head.

Rui Vitória's biggest win yet

Case study right here. Came from the shadows, boasted some incredible defensive qualities, and injured he goes to the sidelines. Worth the wait.

What a beast this guy is. But will he overcome Neves?

IRL we can't ask for more. Will Chefão use him though? Neves is tough competition, and his captain status weighs enough to secure his place on the starting eleven.

Speak of the devil... and he shall appear

There isn't much more to say about him, so let's move on.

OH MY GOD THE HYPE

(I like this guy as much as I like Neves. Wet dreams about these two is not a rare occurrence) Dele Alli? Yeah, he scores some goals. So what? This beautiful game is much more than that, and Sanches isn't better than Alli... he destroys the english youngster.

One word: Zinedine Zidane

Started in Porto, went to Benfica, was so shit he was miraculously sold by Jorge Mendes, now a superstar at the graveyard Valencia has turned into. Should be an easy signing.

OH MY GOD I CAN'T STAND ALL THIS HYPE

(Yes, it is a threesome. Is there a problem?) D. Sebastião in flesh and bones. Sweey the story of love, money and lies I wanted to tell you. This guy loves Benfica. He is a true star. Amazing quality, and head focused on the game. Easily a €60m player in a few years. And the fans love him well beyond the money. Me included. Then Orelhas aka Luis Felipe Vieira sells the biggest star in his sky to Monaco for a mere €15m. Because fuck the club and the fans. He boasts around stating "I made us a shit ton of money". Then Football Leaks comes and reveals the truth: they didn't receive half of that. And the fans are left without their love, and no money as well. But they vow: we'll be together again. Somewhere along the road, we'll cheer for you once more. But for now, we lust on memories.

Ronaldo 2.0 minus the tricks

Powerful shot, fast, good defensive awareness. The perfect winger in the making.

The prodigal son returns

Make your dad proud okay? Even hE says you can be better than he ever was. Half of that would be enough.

...........

Despite all the fuss around the new signings the season doesn't wait. First match brought us a age-old derby: Boavista vs Porto. The 44/99 in team chemistry played their part well enough...

More news in the next few days.

Why wont the computer play a Rwf as a rmf. Its so annoying to see a team have a guy on bench with an 80 rating while the guy playing has a 65.

Bad game design.

Because of this, Luis Suarez sits on the bench for Barca and they play some unknown 60+ rated winger.

There is a terrible managerial inflexibility for the AI.

Can i ask what skill level you guys play at and what pass assistance, shooting system you use.
Im playing on full manual but the game is too hard to score, everything else is fine, chances created fine, passing -tricky but fun, AI just right computer attacks varied and can be dangerous.
I am enjoying it with Sampdoria, but im going 5 games without a goal , its just too frustrating. Playing on Top Player so i may drop it down to Proffesional, or change to Basic shooting. Not realy seeing any improvement in my shooting after 40 odd games. Its fun manual shooting but so hard.

rebelinho - are you using some weird option file/patch? Your Ilori looks nothing like mine, plus the attributes are way off.

Same here, in my Real Madrid ML they played a guy named Juan Cámara, and Suarez would come in around the 60/65 min mark.

Basic shooting, level 1 passing. I already miss enough open goals with this setting, if I'm running straight at goal it's likely I'll miss.

rebelinho - are you using some weird option file/patch? Your Ilori looks nothing like mine, plus the attributes are way off.

I tinkered with the editor to give him a less weird look. Same with Guedes, Renato was from scratch, and a few others.

I borrowed a friend's FM16 for a few days and screenshoted a list of players, and used those stats (and my personal knowledge) to edit and improve (either increase or decrease the stats) the realism. Ilori always was closer to a motorbike than a central defender, and his PES stats were utter rubbish. Same with Neves having Jump as his best stat. But the worst of them all was Bernardo Silva. He's just like David Silva. Not even close for Konami.

The biggest changes I had to do was regarding keepers, they really are rated poorly in PES. Defenders were alright, Flavio Ferreira (Málaga) was spot on, Ilori was the most blatant mistake. Midfielders were quite good as well (a bit overrated sometimes), had to create Sanches. Wingers were more or less acceptable, many of them maintained their OVR but needed to increase technique and reduce speed (and vice-versa).

It was a fun week :D

In your next ML I advise you to do this (if you have the patience. I just put music on and let time go by). Butland, RLC, Dele Alli, etc with real stats is a whole new experience.

I don't think I can be bothered doing a proper ML again. Might just do a season or 2 with a South American, and Asian club, just to get the trophies.
