FIFA generates pretty realistic names for youngsters. It just randomly picks name and lastname from all the players with the same nationality. Afcorse, there is possibility that you`ll get Sergio Aguero from Argentine or Fernando Torres from Spain, but its much more variable. Like, you`d rather get Javier Aguero and Miguel Torres, which sound nice. Plus, you wont have 30 year old players face on a 16 year old kids body, with beard, tired eyes and whatever.
I dont think Konami is going to change this much. More and more I believe its part of theyr thinking and philosophy as LvG would say. These regens were from the old days PES and probably will be kept further as a some kind of visit card/specific signature of ML, which is a shame... I really would like to see the game get as much realistic as possible. But there are tons of work to be done. And yet, it can take much and much longer time, because the priorities are a bit different, at least depending on what PES was going through most of the time.

I can add that FIFA`s system isint flawless either. This and also if you try to edit the appearance of some regen, his age might get messed up, so you get all of them with tucked in shirt and long sleeves, if im not mistaken. Plus, there were some messed up names as well, like players from Asia had English lastnames, but Ea Sports released patch for that, so I believe it was fixed last year. I wonder when/if Konami would release a patch fixing something like that, apart from patch called PES 17.
Yeah, I take it back. Totally forgot about that problem. Anyway, both struggle on appearances. PES is more stable, because it uses the same faces.

Does the form stat develop?
Hi Rebelinho,
Since you have played several master league seasons I assume you can answer this question: does the form stat develop at all? This is relevant for many good players who gas for instance only a 4 for form. Like Neves, he only has 4 at the age of 17, but i wonder whether this stat will develop when he flourishes?

No idea, it just seems to happen. I've had Fischer learn some skill from Quaresma, but I had no direct involvement on that.
No idea honestly. I noticed before that the further you get the less likely it is to get blue/purple arrows, but I never checked if the Form stats increased or not. I'll have a look the next time I play.

Thanks for the confirmation. That is something I would like to see improved. Because it is quite realistic that younger players have a lower form stat that refers to its consistency. However, when they get older, the stat should increase as well...

Season 5... the sweet smell of #1 club in the world is irresistible. Once it enters your brain you can't think of anything else. Possessed by that unavoidable urge to destroy every other team, Pescara strive, endure impossible waves of simultaneous purple arrows, and achieve success.
Finantially, for now. But success nonetheless. Breaking the €100m and €200m barriers in the same season, the spending spree was brutal. So brutal, an excel sheet was needed.

As you might have noticed if you bothered looking at the report posted above, there were some midly interesting deals. Like Denis, who was sold for a record €21.0m, later bought on a free, and sold again for a mere €11.3m. His replacement on the first sale, Gurpegui, was so bad Pescara took 52 weeks to receive a "serious" offer.
Adding to these deals it must be noticed that Yussuf Poulsen was released after rumours stating he wanted to cut his hair. Pescara were quick to respond to the press, dismissing the big centre forward in the blink of an eye.
How is Pescara's squad looking then? "World class player's for sure Jeff". World class players it is.

Coutinho is default, yeah, so he's fake.
Mandragora is a good option for early stages, he hardly plays (Vives can withstand some games) now but almost all stats are over 75. Cheap as well.
You already know about Depay, Embolo and Martial, so all there's left for you is Gabriel. For sure you have already "met" him. He was retweeted by @officialpes when he commented on his ingame face. Only got him now but he is quite good nonetheless, I suppose if you get him earlier he will only get better.
Lol,Buffon is stuck in pes2013 with that development.My Julio Cesar is the same age but no way near him stat wise.I managed to get a regenerated Lampard,Gerrard and Xabi Alonso for my midfield,safe to say my through balls are mostly spot on (also have pizzaro lol).Always surprises me how much the default players rise if your team does well early on.My team looks far inferior to yours though at about the same time played,then again I only buy youth.20+ will make you old in my squad hehe

Buffon is just crazy good for a 18yr old kid. I don’t know what you’re doing to him or how it’s even possible but carry on and try and get him into the 100s!! Neves is quality isn’t he - in real life and on the game. I’m sure Depay will come good for you so just keep the faith and play him, one of my favourite players around at the moment even tough he is not having a good time since his big move to United he’s a world class talent.
I’m sorry but my Quaresma blows yours out the water :laugh: i’ll post pics of his new development soon.
