will it acctually make there status look better.. or will it just automaticly happen, without it showing it!!

Yes you can tell that the player has changed in abilities. Try Henry on a red arrow in a match. Then play the same match but set Henry (and the rest of the team) to a gray down arrow and you will see a big difference.
Test:
Play as France on red arrows against Brazil on red arrows. You should win. Then play as France on gray arrows and keep Brazil on Red. You will lose (in almost all the matches).

Quick question...
On my copy of WE6:I, Ronaldo has white arrow in box with red outline. Which I assume means recovering from severe injury. The arrow however does switch angles [but not colors] like normal arrows.
Problem is, it never goes away. He is always in constant recovery, although he plays like a superstar every game.
Is this a bug? Was it meant to be like that?

it means hes recovering... this has happend to me plainty of times.
i had minanda on there, but when i played him whilst he was on that, he was worse then ever, and tha arrow was facin up.
Then when i got ronaldo injured, whilst he was recovering tha same thing happend, now his arrow was on tha side but he peformed.
Even tha matches i played with minanda after, he was still crap, and ronaldo just kept on peforming.
From this i came to a conclusion that whilst this is happening tha betta players like ronaldo, shev etc they are much betta playin whilst recovering.
p.s i had shev injured once too and he was tha same as ronaldo

Yea, I took France to the woodshed in my international tournament. 3-0, Ronaldo brace and an assist. All while his arrow was recovering and facing down. [shrugs]

What don't you get? The arrows?
You check the form arrow of players in PES1, PES2 and PES3 (as well as the WE games) by pressing R1 in the formation screen (straightaway). You can then see who is on what arrow. And then check the chart to see how much of a difference to certain stats the arrows make. Simple
