The Player Form Arrows Explained! Finally!

methical

as normal as norman bates
so really with a red arrow henry is
99 attack
99 speed
99 accel
99 sht power
99sht acc
99 sht tec
and this is 100% accurate

then pennant can be better than ljung berg and henry can be slow sometimes
is that right.

How to counter effectively

After you opponent's attack, using your midfielders or backmen, pass your strikers with L1+triangle from a little forward of the middle circle immediately.
make sure that you have turned on the counter attack strategy.

Arrows

I had a downward pointing arrow the other day which was grey, and one of my best players - Freddy Kanoute - was turned into a player that could not keep the ball under close control!

I was gutted to say the least, but then I suppose it proves that the game is realistic when he spends most of his time in the medical bay, recovering from injury!

Alive in the superunknown
so is this the same for PES4? Some of the arrows have changed I see but I always thought the green one pointing central was normal, but in the first post it seems to take stats away?

This is an excellent thread for the most part, and I'd like to thank everyone who has provided information, links to external sources and taken the time to experiment with the game. It's a shame so many people don't bother to read back in the thread before asking questions, but I still enjoyed reading this.

There are some great things to learn here and its nice when someone actually thanks those that deserve it - I will join him in saying Thank You

so how do we always kip the players in red arrow?? is there a way??
In ML, I believe training them between matches helps improve the arrows. Otherwise they are always randomly changing.

I agree. Green should be for the best, phasing towards red for bad. Ah well. As long as they stay consistent!
