Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story - Funny, but i expected more. Didn't like the ending.
Equilibrium -I've always thought the opening scene didn't do it justice, but it's truly a great film.
Just cause the main character dresses like Neo you cant say that its a Matrix ripoff. Fahrenheit 451 if anything.Haha, Dodgeball is far superior to Equilibrium, which is merely an enjoyable Matrix rip-off
Well it's not because of that, and I haven't seen Farenheit 451. So I still say it is a Matrix ripoff
It's more of a Matrix meets 1984, sort of thing, though i don't see what a society that has suppressed feelings has to do with machines controlling the planet.Haha, Dodgeball is far superior to Equilibrium, which is merely an enjoyable Matrix rip-off

And if you're referring to the fights, i think the Gun Kata is a completely original and cool concept.
Zodiac - Superb. Must see.
I love it. Probably due to the fact I can recognise the areas in it though and the contrast in how everything has changed. Apart from shitty old Gateshead like where that car park still lingers.Get Carter. For the most part, a run of the mill gangster film from its era, but the ending I feel was very good. Decent enough I suppose.
Did you have any background of the story before seeing this? I've read up about Zodiac in the past and now recently and people say the film is pretty good. I may have to have a look at it. The only bit that annoys some people is they used Graysmith instead of Penn but I guess they did this because Penn was a bit of a crank and thinks he was even accused of being Zodiac. I do Love a bit of true crime.
