Third kits (new to PES) on Xbox One

So I've picked up PES today and I'm enjoying what I have played but the fake names and kits have begun to irritate me and remove my immersion. For this reason I've been editing for the last few hours and noticed upon watching some videos that the PS4 version has third kits in the editing? On the Xbox One version I don't have third kits, is this something I need to unlock or does the Xbox One version not have third kits?

Whilst I'm asking questions what is GP used for, what are the gold stars next to them and what is EXGP used for too?

Can't you add them? You have an option on ps4, I assume it's the same on xbo?

When you're on edit team and select Chelsea for example. When it says outfield players 1st, 2nd and goalkeeper outfit. Press X to add third kit.
