Those who have the retail version of PES14

Can you tell us if the retail version is different from Demo 2? if yes in which aspects ? have graphics ,overall lightening improved a bit? by 10-15%?

I've just got my (annual) review copy this morning, I'm curious to find out if the final code is much different from the demo too, I'd like the shooting to improve (too floaty) and play with perhaps the speed increased a little. I'll give my verdict after I've played it when I get home tonight!

Thanks. I will not buy the game unless I'm so sure of its quality. I was disappointed with the game for the last few years that I lost my faith in Konami to recreate the qualities of PES 3/5 again.
Will be looking forward for your evaluation; as I'm not living in England and I can't read your review.

Just looking (longingly) at the disc now, BLES-01930, I hope that European/Asian codes are the same so that the option files are non-restricted, I normally use Paul247's ones.....God, 6pm can't come soon enough!!

but they did improve the game with patches last year.Also there is a option to play on Manual passing if you come across morons while playing online game.

I gave up playing online ages ago, it seems to me everybody chooses one of 2 teams - Real Madrid or Barcelona, it grates me - Konami should introduce some sort of handicap system where you would score more (online) points and climb up the table quicker if you play with the 'smaller' teams.

Any BLES option file will work with any BLES game again this year mate, so you can continue to enjoy my option file

There are a couple of changes to online mode this year allowing the option of selecting opponents based on team strength as well as passing assistance. Means if you pick say West Ham you wont have to play againts Madrid/Barca and what will be a PES 2014 favourite Monaco every game

two things I'd like to know about the retail game.

1. frame rate issues, did they fix the crazy slowdowns in the box when its crowded?

2. did they fix the crazy CPU runs at 100MPH ?

Everything else seemed OK in the demo, just those 2 things bug me.

I just read you creating the Indonesian league, wouldn't be better the A-League or J-League? And about the League MX, you should create another South American league instead of that. Just an opinion, hope you don't mind.

i read somewhere else on this site that it was exactly like the demo, including framerate issues - back a page, or maybe one of the other two threads rolling right now.

but you know...all this will be "patched". Probably in December.

Slowdown is still there, but not as bad as the demo.
I havent seen any 100mph runs in the game yet.

Yikes. Thx! I may have to wait for a patch. That slowdown is brutal infront of goal where u need to be responsive and clear it out.

iam hoping the slow down isnt as bad online as the cpu isnt doing as much work, 2 consoles working together. well thats my theory anyways lol
