I have my transfers set to deal directly but the scout still does all the negotiations.
Can you offer what money you want???
any tips on signing players??

When the scout ties up the negotiations you can adjust the amount (apply for a re negotiation)
But of course every player has a certain value, and therefore you can not go below that. On the other hand, if a team makes a bid for one of your players, you can re negotiate as well - but again if you put the price too high, they will brake it down.
