Some are under-rated, like Messi, I think it is so because if he was already good at the beginning ( default ) he would be the Ultimate player in ML, 99 in all. And THAT'S what the makers don't want....we can do it anyway, hehe

in the future most of the young players WILL become superstars so if they are under-rated they'll become how they are now at the end of their peak.
