Such bullshit logic. Anyone can create something and decide whether to sell it or give it away. Just because you feel it's unfair that some people don't wanna work on this stuff for weeks for free, it's just okay to steal it and upload it for free for others?
You're gonna make it very far in life with that logic.
How did he steal it exactly ?
He's either
A) Paid for it and is sharing or
B) Got it from someone else who paid for it and shared it.
It is obvious that you are not allowed to share it if you have to pay for it. You don't have to sign a legal agreement for that. But maybe the laws are different where you come from or people like you think they don't have to care about that stuff.
People like me are doing all of this for the community, but if the community gives us shit for it, then goodbye and have fun with another, crappier OF next year.
So the next time I pay for Macca's I better not share my chips with anyone.
Don’t support thieves who simply destroy the kit making community. Our editors spend thousands of hours creating files throughout the year and it’s soul destroying to see that hard work be completely destroyed. We build our file in a very specific way which ensures the highest quality and compatibility across all modes and menus in game which is why we are so thorough before releasing a file. Most worryingly, when you don’t download from our trusted site, you are downloading files directly to your laptop from some random person who could have anything attached or enclosed within a mix and match abomination.
We do not support any site, forum or account sharing our file so they are doing so against our wishes. Suffice to say, the only place to download our proper files is on our site.
Nobody has permission to host or use our kits. No site, community or forum. Simple as that.

Some will say they have permission to use our kits because they credit us but this is not true. Do not support these guys who simply butcher thousands of hours of editing.

How much did you or the PESuniverse paid to all these copyright brandnames (nike,adidas..) or to the Football Clubs which material you use for your/theirs OFs? Do you/they paid for copyright material at all? Do you knowthat in any court of justice in the world this is the No1 illegal fact? Making money from a third person copyright material without his permission.
I am not defending anyone. It is you right to criticise anyone and charge money for whatever you want, but when you point the finger and say that someone stole you, while you have not paid anything for the material (not the hard work) it does not work so much.
The only legal base would be if he re-distribute it for money, since he does it free it is his right. Since the OF selling is illegal in itself, or better it is in a legal gray area, everything is illegal. But some things are ethical others are unethical.
It is a big debate now. And finally you are charging for your hardwork or for the famous "USB stick" !!!?,?
PS: i dont have any favor from all this cause i don't use PESuniverse OFs. I find them too rushed and too low quality for a paid material. There are guys doing it for free with better passion and quality. (That's my personal taste, when you ask money you must be 100 leagues better than the guys that do it for free)

I do mix and match from many OFs. pes world, pesfan.it, Wehk, or solo guys like nicoultras etc. I choose files i like from each OF and mix them with my work usually. Do not use something exclusively.

Whats the point of this question? Lets say i find them equal , but I was clear. When you offer paid content it must be 100xtimes better.
because a lot swear by one and the rest the other. was just wondering your personal opinion, that was all.

I use both PESUniverse and PESWorld for different things.
You do actually use PESU's OF if you use the OF that has been posted here. Most of the content in it is from PESU.
And your logic that "stealing emblems from clubs is illegal, so I can steal the OF just fine" is just bizarre.
Don't you think most of the people who steal and reupload OFs also do earn some money by putting the downloads behind multiple click-to-continue sites? Of course they won't earn much, but they will earn a lot if everyone has the "oh, PESU are charging? Then I'll grab it 'for free'" logic. But if you're lucky you even get a little bit of malware in the process. And that, to you, is the better solution?
It's not really bizarre though is it ? Two wrongs don't make a right. It's okay for the OF creators to steal emblems but not for those to steal the OFs ? That's hypocritical and double standards. You can't have it both ways. I'll pay for OFs when the creators of said OFs pay for licensing. Until than .... no.
It's this sort of attitude that really turns me away from releasing anything I'm working on for others. This community has no sense of gratefulness. It doesn't even have a sense of respect. Even someone like me who doesn't want money for his stuff gets this sort of attitude while I'm just trying to make a clear point - this post has stolen content and that's against forum rules and OF rules.
Your logic here is right - if you don't wanna pay, you don't have to pay. But then don't use PESU content at all at least? Because otherwise you're the more hypocritical person of us two.
What OP is doing isn't, to use your comparison, "buying for food and sharing some of it". It's basically taking that food recipe, copying it and giving it out for free. And that's also not legal in terms of food law, I would believe ;D
