Unlocking a team for editing

Hello all,

Usually I've done editing to PES with no problem, now I got one problem I'd appreciate help with.

My current setup:
- Pes2015, DLC3.0, 1.03 patch
- PTE Patch 5.0 (great!)

My goal is:
- Edit one Skybetdivision team into a fake team. I want to replace a team with my own fictional team. I've chosen Brentford to be replaced.
- Get team into editable mode IN GAME

Problem:
- Team is grayed out for editing in game. I can't edit name, kits, manager etc.

This is most likely due to PTE Patch editing this team kits, name, manager, so I presume I have to "UNLOCK" this team for editing by removing the link to PTE edited parts of Brentford.

I'm guessing this is doable by editing the OPTION-file?
Or should I edit the dt34.img file (which includes shirts etc)
What tool should I use for option file editing? Any help is appreciated. Tons of thanks in forehand!

I've now understood the basics, that I apparently should edit team.bin, which can be found within some .cpk file. Edit team.bin then repack it into .cpk file.

But from which .cpk file I should dig this team.bin?
ptepatch_off.cpk ? (when talking about PTEpatch?)

Managed to pull this off now by
- taking team.bin out of the .cpk file,
- unzlibing it,
- Looked team ID from EDIT-file with data explorer
- searched team ID as INTEGER NUMBER from unzlibed team.bin hex
- Looked for flag indicating 06 after team ID in hex file, changed this to 04 indicating non-licenced team
- Saved team.bin
- Zlibbed team.bin
- Put it back into .cpk file

Done.

NOW, next part would be to find the flag indicating a link to a shirt pattern and unlink that. Anyone knows which part in hex indicates a link to shirt-patterns? :D

May I ask which tool you used to extract team.bin from the PTE Patch cpk? Every time I try to open any of the PTE Patch cpks I get an unhandled exception error.

EDIT: I've been using the 'PES Next-Gen CPK File Manager ver1.6' to navigate.

use cripackedfilemaker to extract cpk and edit team.bin with hexeditor
