Common, PSD stats just ruin the whole game
Look at Smallings stats-

He already looks like one of the best defenders in the world with these stats and tbh, if every player had PS3 stats, it'd just be an arcade game with overrated players and players like Heskey scoring goals with his shooting accuracy. In some circumstamces, I would prefer the PSD stats but KONAMI overall would make the gameplay most realistic as there is more player individuality. Anyway you can't call PSD realistic for giving torres goal poacher and giving nearly every player teamwork and power around the 80's
There's already a proposal to downgrade some of Smalling stats in PSD. The same applies to Torres and many others. There was even a member who said that Torres definitely doesn't deserve *Goal Poacher, an opinion shared by all the others.
Also, it is important to note that 95% of stats in PSD have been developed under older versions of PES.
The way some PES 2012 stats work is very different from the way they worked in PES 2011 for instance. Dribbling in PES 2012 for instance, is simply OVERRATED. So the guys from PSD are still working on defining accurate sets for PES 2012.
But the difference between PSD and KONAMI is that (overall) in PSD the inaccuracy of stats is due to the fact that they're outdated/old.
As for the inaccuracy of KONAMI stats, they're due to the guys from KONAMI just throwing stats they think suits this or that player. Without any deep and rigorous testing.
As for the stat TEAMWORK and some others, I can agree that they may be generally a bit overrated (specially for younger players), and that's also one of the discussions we're having there in the board. An overhaul is coming to many of PSD old standards, but it takes time.
In the meantime, I prefer Dreamer's method (use pSD stats with some personal tweakings). KONAMI's stats are just crap, specially for less known/renowned teams and players. They give the stupidest stats, to say the least.
