Hello, yes it's me again, i finally made a step forward in succeeding to update my game but it's not over yet.
Yesterday i went again for the 1.2 official update, then went to settings/download and then it downloaded & installed some spanish teams and CL teams etc as it says in the info message. Then i went to the settings/install thing, then i went into edit mode/load data and went for the 1.6 OF.
I thought it worked completely at long last but when i look at the british teams for example, real names and players lists are now correct but kits are empty, no brands on any teams whatsoever.
Where did i go wrong again ? does this mean i only have the game in 1.2 (konami) version and not VON 1.06 ?
I promise to disappear onto another planet when all is fixed here. :-/

Hi, I had the same problem. You've probably chosen to save the edit data of the 1.2 official update. Try completely removing all of Von's 1.6 option file then putting it all back in again. That worked for me.

There is no need too swear. Some people have asked for Egyptian teams before, it is not only me that has asked for them.

Also, it aint up to u who goes onto the new OF. So i am asking you MUFF if it is possible to put these teams on the New OF instead of the spare teams, e.g. Team C,Team D, etc.

I want to ask that why i cant use the save Vesion start from version 1.05,
why i transfer the save to the game get this problem below..

"Load failed becsuse data is from a different version.
Download content and update data"

so what can i do????

With the option file, is there a way to upload them all at once onto my PS3? or do i have to do it file by file? The latest option file has hundreds ...

For all. I need the information please....
I can't load the von 1.04 - 1.06. it says different version. but i've DL the konami 1.20 patch. So do I need to DL it again? or what??? Do I need to install the game first??? Please help me.... THANXXXXXXXXXXXXX

i have the same problem, i downloaded konami patch 1.20 and installed it and it didnt fix anythin eg. no ath madrid or champions league 3rd strips and i get the load failed message. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The last option file i have on my PS3 is 1.05 (i skipped 1.06 as it didn't have anything i deemed necessary for me). Can i now jump straight to the version 2.0 update, or the upcoming release at the end of the transfer window, or do i need to download and install 1.06 first?

I had removed all PES data except my replays and my MasterLeague file (6 seasons ahead already!).
How could i save the edit (1.2konami) data instead ? It doesn't propose me 2 different files, just the one that appears on the screen so i had no choice (though i'm pretty sure it was VON's as it was 3800Ko and same date as when created).

Will give a real last try this weekend, i don't wanna ruin another evening today. Thanks anyway for your reply.

i want egyption teams, there are also some other people who wants them specially Al Ahly, so speak for yourself please :realmad:

Von option is for the European pes09 version which is region No: 2...you can check your game cover at the back.

I too would very much like to see some egyptian teams in the coming update. Let us not forget that egyptian teams (ahly and zamalek) are of high standard, with al ahly being the only team in the world to qualify to the club world cup three times in a row! Also the players in both ahly and zamalek make up about 70% of the best team in africa at the moment; the egyptian national team, which has won the latest african cup of nations, making it its fifth trophy, which no other team has achieved.
So please Muff, many people i am sure would appreciate this!!

Hi Muff,

The high demand for Egyptian teams shows that it ain't only me that wants them and they are highly requested. Also, as Moaz was saying they are two great teams but especially Al Ahly because they have made the FIFA World Club Championships many times. Not only that the Egyptian National squad has won the CAF 6 times and this shows that they are the best team in Africa by far.

So pls if it is possible to put them on the new OF many people would be very grateful.

No offence mate but just because they have qualified for the world club cup a record 3 times doesn't mean they are a good team (it is easier for them to qualify), and the egyptian league isn't exactly full of world class talent (yes they have produced some exciting player that have gone on to play in europe, amir zaki, agogo etc.) but i still don't feel that teh egyptain teams are worth having in the OF, many people may want them (including yourself and Lostl15) but there are many more people that would have never of heard of most (if not all) of the players in the egyptian teams and would much rather prefere teams from europe, (those that participate in the UEFA cup or bundesliga etc.) rather than egyptian teams
