Legal wake up call:
Downloading stuff that you had not purchased is copyright infringment, same as modding something that needs a license, same as taking a "work of art" (which PES3 can be defined as one) and changing the original creator's creation....

Legal as far as you use it for legal stuff, I.E. = legal. Just think about a car - if u use it to run over someone and hurt them, u did an illegal thing. Would that mean that cars are illegal?
The moment you use the xport for illegal (copyright infringment) purposes, your action becomes illegal, not the Xport.

A bunch of wusses. There is nothing wrong about talking about patching. The site cannot be held liable for conversations regarding illegal matter. However, posting up links to patched up stuff is a bit more complicated, and must be done via private messages and emails and not via the site. Otherwise the site is also liable.
