The WeHellas Greek Superleague Patch includes:
All 16 Greek Superleague Teams,
2 German Teams: Bayern Munich and Werder Bremen,
1 Cyprus Team: Apoel,
Scanned faces for players of Greek, Cyprus and foreign teams,
Real emblems to all teams,
Real kits for all teams (Premier League, Liga BBVA, Greek Superleague, Cyprus and German teams and National teams)

You can download the patch from: Downloads of WeHellas.
All the stats for the created teams are based on Football Manager
The patch is compatible with 1.06 of Konami
In a few weeks there will be an update of the patch and it will be compatible with 1.07 from Konami and will include teams from B' Division
of Greek Championship and some more Cyprus teams

I don't think the PC version is region coded so it shouldn't matter which version you get.
