I've moved the posts into the right thread. I played Tomb Raider on the PS3 and it was a lot of fun, much better than I was expecting. You've got a lot to look forward to if you're only at the bear trap.

I put in a few shifts over the last couple of nights and going by the % meter I'm about 60% into it, but yeah it's a LOT better than I was expecting aswell. Is it a case of getting to 100% or can you finish it sooner like GTA for example? There's a smell of "near the end" going on for a while now.

Some of the action/motion sequences are sick. Escaping the fire and making it to the roof for example, that was quality.

You can do the other tasks after the story is finished. I did all the tombs, but couldn't be arsed with the GPS caches and other trinkets.

I'm going back and forth between FIFA14 and GTA5.

FIFA14 - I've started a pro career in Chile, since I'm missing out on Clubs. I requested to be transferred after the first season but got blocked by the club.

GTA5 - Started a new game, this time doing all the heists differently. I tried to redo them via the original saved game, but you miss out on some aspects of the missions (e.g. searching for equipment).

The witcher 2

This game really is top quality shit. Really enjoying the story characters and the world. Combat is enjoyable and rewarding. Near the end of chapter 1. Looking forward to seeing where the story takes me next.

lego marvel

Great fun. The open world is huge with loads of stuff to do. A shame that you can't switch between characters at will until after you've finished the main Storyline. I keep getting distracted by side quests and activities. I hope lego the hobbit has as much sand box stuff as this.

Completed Metro: Last Light last night.

Got the bad ending

Didn't even realise there would be 2 endings. Contemplating whether or not to go for the plat, considering you have to go through the whole game without killing anyone. I did try to do that at first, but cocked up completely.

Ditto

I youtube'd the other as I couldn't be arsed, it's not just about not killing people, you'd got to do loads of other hidden karma related stuff.

Great game though.

Great game though.

I gave the kid his teddy bear, saved some hostages/prisoners, gave some ammo to strangers etc.... but other than that I can't think of any other karma related things I did. I accidently let Pavel die though.

Nice little Lord of The Rings related quest in Witcher 2, going after a dwarf called Balin in some mines, Durins bane and all that shit. Great Game.

Just started Chapter 3 of The Witcher 2, things are moving towards the conclusion now. I don't know if i've mentioned this yet, but this game is fucking awesome. Hope to finish it this week so I can move on to South Park at the weekend.

I haven't really got a chance to kill off Tomb Raider but a lot of the crew have moved onto Rust. It's supposed to be a great craic.

I dunno if I'm ready for a new game as I still tend to just spam Dota and have Tomb Raider/ Bio shock on the go. Speaking of Bio shock, I can't really get into it. It looks unreal and all that but I find it a little nauseating.

Ok...

The Tomb Raider thing is done, just completed it there. Overall a fine game if you're looking for a good one player adventure. I done it in about 18 hours but you can knock maybe 3-4 off that if you wanted to just do the dog on it and murder it and a few nights, so the game is quite short and easy too (especially the puzzles) if I'm to be totally honest.

I wouldn't let that put people off though because as a package this game has a lot to offer in terms of visuals/ sound and the surprise factor.

I think I'll do the Black Flag next, heard it's good enough, the ships thing is selling it for me.

Thinking about getting into Rust. Any of you played it yet?

It's like Dayz, you start naked with a rock in your hand. :/

Battlefield 4 - Great ambiance and sound effects. Decent story. Haven't been able to play MP but I imagine it must be intense.

Crysis 3 - GRAPHICS. I'm not a fan of OTT futuristic FPSs but this was a visual joy. The storyline is interesting enough to keep you going. Love the bow.

CoD: Ghosts - It could have been a great game if it weren't for what I thought was a disappointingly weak plot.

Third Age: Total War - Very impressive. It truly is an epic mod for the ages which I won't stop playing until I've seen every faction, tried every unit and read every description there is to read. I'm slightly disappointed with certain graphic related issues and construction choices, but it's a small price to pay. I just love watching my eldar archers rain death on seas of orcs and goblins. I would go as far as saying that this is the best lotr related game I've ever played.

Tomb Raider sure is a graphical beast of a game, looks great. Runing on Ultimate and the scenery is just breath taking at times.

Just at the mountain temple after getting the handgun, really enjoying it so far.

Infamous second son came today and its great fun. Pretty good game play and graphics are decent. I do like how the ps4 controller light is used in the game changes colour as you play so if your good it goes blue and bad it goes red but I noticed the higher my karma was the deeper the colour. Missions aren't exactly ground breaking though and ive played less than 5 hours trying to get everything and already completed over 30%.
