Dragonfly

Waiting....
I did the slow crouch sneak, but maybe I got too close and approached from the side. I only tried to fight them once they started running at me. I should've just ran, like I did the previous time I encountered one.

CS Source and CS:GO on PC - Thought my CS days were behind me but slowly getting hooked again. CSS being the reason I did so shit in my exams at school and nearly failed college.

H1Z1.

Wasn't going to get it as I read alot of the problems etc but my friend persuaded me to join him and it's actually pretty fun. Performance on my machine (not the best i5 4690 and gtx 760) is alot better compared to Dayz and Dayz SA, even running through forests I get an avg FPS of 30. There's still a ton of bugs and loads of shit to be fixed, like the sound for example. People can be running around 30 ft away and it'll sound like their right next to you and vice versa. Loot system replenishment sucks but that should've been fixed in the patch last night.

Valiant Hearts

A good little puzzle/scroller, though it's a very odd tone difference between the humorous cartoony visuals and voice acting, and the horrors of war.

Driveclub

Only played a bit so far, but it seems good. From early impressions, I can't understand a lot of the hate on release, though a lot of that would've been down to server issues I imagine. Visuals are good, less so during daytime races, but they really start to shine (literally) as the sun sets. Found myself actually squinting yesterday because of the brightness of the sun.

Pocket Rally Lite: I'm not usually a fan of racing games on android due to the lack of realism, but this one really surprised me. Resembles the old Colin McRae games I used to play, and the steering is obviously much better when tilting than that with arrow keys. Planning on getting the full version, for the ridiculously low price of 0.84€

Wreckfest: if it wasn't for the exams I'm having I would play this nonstop. The crashing physics (body panels are like IRL, a sheet of metal, and they bend accordingly), the driving physics, the brutality of the AI... only on Early Acess version so far, but already great. Vehicle modification is promising as well.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re:birth (ps vita)

Possibly the faggiest game I've ever bought. Really enjoyable combat system makes it hard to put down.

True :barndoor:

H1Z1 with a couple of mates is great fun. Finally starting to build a decent base and finding good weapons and ammo.

Found the hunting rifle with the sniper scope and was desperate to use it. My mate starts yelling as he's getting attacked by someone with a M1911, so I run to the top of the building I'm in, spot him and shoot. Only to then realise I've shot my mate in the head. Ran down to get my mates stuff to be ambushed by the guy with the Pistol. He fires one shot, misses and then his gun starts clicking. Shot him in the back as he tried to run away

Brilliant fun for a game in Alpha

Currently installing Stranded Deep, seen some gameplay footage on youtube and it looks pretty interesting. Just hope my laptop can run it.

EDIT: Nope, runs like shit.

Dying Light on Pc.
Just had 15 minutes on it but it looks really good. Bastard running zombies though what I despise:(. First game in a while that I'm looking forward to playing. Last one was Far Cry but gave up that early because how similar it was to Farcry 3.

Had a go on First Light, the expansion for Infamous. Can't see myself getting into it though.

GTA 5 for ps4 as well what seems like a chore every time I put it on.
First person on motorbikes is brilliant though. So dull the story and not keen on the characters. I know everyone on here will disagree but GTA 4 had so much replay value for me.

Nearly finished Hyperdimension Neptunia Rebirth on the Vita. Next up my first taste of the Sly Cooper Franchise :excited:

I'd say I'm over half way through The Swapper and thoroughly enjoying every lil puzzle they throw at me, the game is nothing short of magical.

I also started playing Counter Strike, as close a game to Golden Eye if I ever played one. Excellent.

EDIT:

Right...

I've Arma 3 on the go aswell but we're using the Altislife.co.uk server. If you don't know about this mod you need to check it out. I've never played a game like it before, incredible.

sly cooper thieves in time

Fun stealth/3d platformer with worlds based on specific time periods. In the wild west atm in chapter 2.

grim fandango

Made me laugh several times from the get go but as with most point and click puzzle games I don't know what I'm doing!

Finished the order:1886 (fantastic experience, took me about 8 extremely enjoyable hours, highly recommended) and Grim Fandango (great plot music and characters, shit puzzles).

Sly Cooper starting to bore me now so will likely call it quits on that for a while now.

Gonna move on to Citizens of Earth and maybe Ys Celceta.

Citizens of Earth - Pretty fun. Love the bright visuals and the soundtrack, combat is fun. Far too many playable characters and quests though! I'm inundated with shit to do at the moment!

Spent weeks trying to find out this song after hearing it on the radio now it's played so much. Still liking it though. Megan Trainer and Sam Smith though...They need to die.

htoL#NiQ -The Firefly Diary-

Stunning hand drawn visuals and beautifully animated. A 2D puzzle game which appears to be set in a post apocalypse environment as you (as two fireflies) help a young girl navigate the various environments.

The physical LE was only $30 so I expect the game to be rather short but it's already a compelling and endearing title.

Hotline Miami 2

Played through the first few levels. Gameplay is just as good with 1 or 2 added bits I've noticed so far, with the more masks you collect impacting it as you progress of course. Just more going on in between levels this time. The first game it was take phone call, kill everyone, collect package and repeat, which was still a lot of fun. Just more depth and detail this time around.

I love the effect they've added for the pause menu.
