REALISM
-Dirty shirts/shorts (on rainy conditions only )
-Advantage rule
-Snow with its effects
-Wind with its effects
-alternating time and/or weather, during match ( day to afternoon, evening to night, light rain to heavy rain, lightning and thunder.
-improved graphics and animations
- fix the nets (at least if there isnt going to be a net editor)

-3rd Division in all leagues
-edit team kit, player number, stadium, etc.
-swap transfers
BAL
-2nd Division
-you should have the option to start from age 16/15.
-Scout match in BAL
-Loan transfers
-Training in BAL. and every week, whether or not you have made it to the first team.( and varied, with an option to have agility training or speed training i.e agility ladder, resistance bands...etc which will improve an aspect of your stats, and would replace 'focus points'.
-when you are substituted or you are not playing, you should watch matches from a 'bench view', fastfowarding matches was a very bad idea.
-you should be 'booed', when you play against a previous club that wanted to renew your contract.
-You could buy a storey, mansion, in BAL depending on your player's salary.
-You could buy and drive cars, shop at your clubs store.
- Your player, his team mates and your coach have a location, you can visit them, and have fun with them. i dont support 'WAGS', as this is a 3+ game.
(This is what, i think, would add a lot of depth and realism to BAL. Dont tell me stuff like, 'youre going too far', or 'this is not Sims'. This is BAL, this is a simulation of a footballers career, and youre supposed to be living a football life.
