What is this online MATCH LOBBY error?

Hi all,

I keep getting this error when I try to play the online MATCH LOBBY where I create a room and set password etc...
However, when I choose RANKING MATCH where I play with a random PES users it works fine.

So, I get this error only in the MATCH LOBBY.



Can somebody help, I really want to play with my friend who lives abroad. I am using PS3.
