its annoying. If i start a new game after 3 seasons I had better be able to buy some players that i actually want not just the ones that are on 'list of targets' seriously why not call it the 'transfer list' like real life :erm:

Yeah you need to start again and by the way, there is a transfer list - you have to go to advanced search, to lists and select transfer list or loan list. List of targets are the transfer targets the assistant wants you to buy.
