It seems like in this years ML they have made it more difficult for you to make serious income, like last year after every CL game you got like 3 million but not this year. After my first year with Napoli finishing second, winning the coppa Italia and getting to the QF of the CL the club rewarded my stunning success with 300k extra wage budget :shocking: does this seem fair?

No. Champions League games can, easily, make 3 mill in revenue. There wasn't anything wrong with prize money or revenues in PES2016, the spending is the part that needed some work.

Agreed last years game the funds from the CL were good, this year they have taken it away completely from what i can see. So effectively you have to sell players to buy players don't think this is the right way to do it.

So no matchday rev from the CL?

Damn, they've gone fully opposite with the transfers this year. I do like it in some aspects but not in others.

Nope not a penny you don't get the old financial breakdown you got last year after each game gate money and so on, can only assume the fat cats at the club keep it and spend it on cocaine and hookers

If you go to the expected earnings menu, then it shows a full-breakdown. Perhaps CL matches affect the figures in this (TV revenue and matchday earnings), if so then they might take until the end of the season to be allocated.

yea i figured out the same...
well the idea is not as bad as the result i guess. personally i hope for an update regarding price policy in the ML. I started one up and went on to Man United after 1 and a half year. I barely made it into t CL but at the end of year 3 won the triple. I got like 5 million for all 3 trophies.

I then tried to get a better winger and decided to make an offer for Bale. I had a budget of 10 million for transfers. It took me like 4 tries (from 150 million at the first try) but in the end i gave up "nothing" but Depay in a trade and spent 1.5 million.

I really hope they will fix this with the next update because it's just bs that Real wants like ~30 million for Bale when they started at a price of 150 million.

Also i hope that you will be able to change the budgets yourself. At least I always end up having no transfer budget left but 100 millions of salary budget while the club makes a plus of like 50+ million every year as it says in the financial overview.

That value from Madrid is actually really realistic if you think about modern day footballers prices. But in order to deal with these values they certainly need to up the clubs finances to win a treble and get £5 million is not realistic.

haha maybe after the bidding back and forth Bale forced a transfer and Madrid had to accept? lol

But yeah we need more money. I'm glad they toned it down and I Love how realistic the fees are but it seems the only way I can REALLY make money is by selling my best players for a ton of money. I can't make that money by playing well.

That is the issue here your having to sell to buy and that just isn't how modern football operates in this day and age, needs reviewing i think.
