Who are the best young players to buy?

I'll wager he'll get better than that if you can get him early/if he plays enough. He's already ay 89 at 24 ('10-'11 season) in my ML.

Agreed, I also think that players get too fatigued when they play international matches and return. I have two back up CF's on my team, CAVANI from Argentina I think, solid but not too fast and REMY from France, good in the air and great ball possession. I still think the real gems are the guys that are worth under a million and play multiple positions

Wilshere is going to be something great... but starts off at 17 I think... So you may have to wait a little...
I've heard Bentdner and Vela are some cracks!

Bendtner - becomes better than ibrahimovic at a much younger age (21)
Hazard (Lille OSC) - becomes one of the best wingers in the game (18)
Paulo Machado (Toulouse) - 23 years old but becomes as good as fabregas in his second season and carries on developing at a rapid rate.
Merida (Arsenal) - becomes one of the best central midfielders in the game. (19)
Ramsey (Arsenal) - same as above (18)

Stats aren't great but seems to score plenty for my Burnley team:

Sow - CF

Very fast and after a few years turn out pretty good. In my 3rd season he won world player of the year

Overnoor

I signed Overnoor for my Ajax team, and hes mental at shooting (Only Left Foot) he has scored some sick goals. Very cheap too. No idea who he is.

Keirrison (CF) from Benfica and Catermole (DMF) from Sunderland...

They became great players on my team, both above 95 overall rating, and they keep growing by now.

Catermole is almost 100 at the moment...

dunno how many of these have been mentioned but here you go:

Iker Muniain - ridiculously attainable at 16 from Bilbao, got him for £500k

Micah Richards - kinda obvious, hard to get from Man City though. Great CB or RB he's fast and physical

Domenico Criscito - Awesome CB from Genoa, also good at LB.

Emiliano Insua - Give him a few years, great left back. Liverpool won't sell him cheap though.

Marek Hamsik - starts at 85, but I managed to sign him for £9m when he was 24, rated 91 and 'chances were zero' (my scout was wrong!) from Napoli. He can do anything.

Anderson - United won't sell, but if you get your ranking up you can get him after about 3 seasons. He peaks late, so it's ok.

Sergio Busquets - got transfer listed by Barca in my game, was a bargain (so was Pedro, but Busquets is just class on grass)

Ever Banega - starts age 20, too damn good as a DMF can score from distance too.

Joe Hart/Rui Patricio - great young keepers. Also look out for the Youth team regen of Akinfeev, around season 2.

Gareth Bale - becomes a brilliant left-back and dead-ball option, starts age 19 try and get him from Spurs.

Tremoulinas - Bordeaux left back, rated 81 at age 23 in third season.

ehem...sorry newbie wants to join here..

may i? hehehe...

okay i'm very interested ini this thread..i raise a unknown team name Unirea whatever and i'm on my 2nd season on ML and 1st season on EPL..

but i have question, anyone here use original team ML?? (the player like Ivarof,Castolo,Espimas, Gutierez etc.)

because i'm using them..and find SOO DIFFICULT for me to buy young talented player that you said all above... (i already used Scouts lv.4 but not much progressed then Lv.2 just his scouting report more detail)

okay..back to topic...

for striker :
i recommended OBINNA from Malaga i think..his speed is crazy and still 23 years old,his market value under £1M

but still so hard for me to get him until now sigh...

I started with a rock bottom team and I still managed to sign muniain, he's awesome at 21. I can recommend a goalkeeper called Room, 95 rating at 25, good cheap LB to buy from start is Fatic, he is heading for a 90 rating after a few seasons but costs very little. Cabral is a CB, he can be signed in the first 2 seasons and develops all the way up to 30 years old. he hits around 90-91 rating but is very cheap.

These should be attainable for a low team.
