And, I thought PC, XBOX and PS3 got the same patch? Has PC had two? If so, lucky gits... played it on PC round my friends, and there wasn't much difference apart from pc ran smoother and looked better, still played the same in general, but not sure if he had the patch though... he had online, is that the patch you are referring too?

They talk about community made patch. PC had 1 official patch.
The perks of being a PC player hey, you don't want to go backwards even more, leave the game as it is and let them fix the bugs... The way the game plays in general is good, they just need to iron out a few things, especially the cpu AI.

Lol.. Fully refunded from Asda. 13's back in the x-box.. Re-editing all teams and loving it... Pes 14 is utter shit. (I no longer suffer from Pes blindness)
To me, it had become a matter of principle. It's not ready, don't release it... Simple.

Yeah there is a community made patch which is meant to be good, however I cannot be bothered with it as I have got used to how the game plays now.
I am absolutely loving the game at the moment though, it just needs some minor tweaks and it would be a beast of a game.
Yeah I am not going to bite with idiots like that, they are clearly just here to troll and put down the game because they didn't like it. People like that don't deserve to stay in this community. Obviously it is good to have a little debate now and again, but people should respect others opinions. But to be called gay because I like a game? Well that's a first... lol. I am considering going back this game has its pluses better animation slower paced gameplay, improved master league and league mode is back but the gameplay lacks control, no more classic nations which is a big thing for me even though it sounds small thing for others, no create a stadium and the edit a player looks smooth but you can not use mode a player option.
Why dont they just call it "DIY Soccer 2014" and only charge £10 for it?
Surely that would be a lot fairer than charging people £40 for what is clearly a half finished, half arsed, half baked, half hearted, half cocked, 0.5 version update of the last game?
Seems to me like Konami release a fucked up version of PES every year then sit back and wait for the editing community to finish their job for them.
I cannot understand why this is acceptable to people. What other game or game company does this? Sure there are mods which improve other games but those games are usually pretty good in the first place are they not?
I can understand people going back to PES 2013 because it's had the time and significant input of the editing community to make it a halfway playable football game whereas PES 2014 is still at the "turd in a £40 box" stage that Konami churn out every year.
What is next gen PES going to be? A box with a blank disc, a "game design for dummies" manual in it and a note saying "Fuck you loyal fans, love Konami"?
To release a game in that state and charge £40 for it is nothing short of a joke. I know we live in a patching culture now but COME ON. Starting a Master League on the day the game is released is utterly pointless because it makes more sense to wait for patches and a decent option file! How can that be right?

Well I only paid £20 for it, however I actually prefer the version from the box rather than the modded version.
The game is much better than 13 in my opinion, the only mods I use are Kit and face patches and maybe the odd changing of font. Other than that the game is pretty damn good.

Having said that, after looking at the tutorial to do any sort of tricks, it's absolutely horrible. I just cannot fathom why they would make it so ridiculously tricky. I'm distraught at how bad it is. If they had just kept it the same, or made it easier to do, the game would be great, but this is literally making my brain (and the dislocating of my fingers) hurt. How can you be expected to play a match at full speed and then somehow pull off one of these ridiculously hard tricks using some sort of laser guided, amazing precision, whilst trying to press another three buttons to make one of your players make a run or something.

I am on PC by the way, it is well known that, that version is better.
One thing makes me laugh, the community have a game play patch out before the actual game designers... that's pretty bad....
