Why can't I find players without a team??

well, why?

I can't use any of players who don't have a club team in the game.

I can't even search for them..

David Beckham isn't there... omg

I don't understand why players in the national team aren't showing up

in the ML player search..

anybody know WHY?!

For some reason we just can't buy the players whose team is not in our ML.
However some of them may appear at the youth teams around..
Therefore you may upgrade your youth team level to 5 to maybe get the chance to see them on your own..

I'm thinking of a work around..

Can i create a team and put bunch of players not in ML in there..

and make that team participate D2 League?

then, I can buy those players?

I think this has always been a problem, even last year like you seaech a player and there name wont come up because they have a funny shape letter in there name like and E with a dash on the top.

To be more precise - you cant buy a player who is only on an International team. The club teams in "Teams A" are still searchable and appear in CL etc. I have even replaced PES and WE teams with Bayern and Wolfsburg and their players appear etc

this is very distressing. lol

well not really, but its disappointing because its a step backwards. Konami made 2 steps forward and 1 step back.

I haven't immersed myself in ML yet, but if this is the case I'll be sure to put all the unaffiliated players on Division 2 teams and hope the division 1 teams buy them at some point.

Question? if I already started a ML and I edit the kit for a team in my ML, will that show up in my ML file? I know you cannot do that with players, but what about the name of a team or the kit? thanks

One more, if I register a player to a team I made up, the formation will be set up automatic or I have to organize it? I mean the player position, because I register a whole team but the players are in the order I registered them. I have DF's in the FW position!!!

From my understanding, yes. (however you can edit appearances of a player, and it will show up in the ML save file as well)

yes it will be shown as how it's edited.

This is annoying to me no donovan, podolski, beckham the list goes on...thats crazy that they arent in free agents

another thing that annoyed me when i started my ML was that i could only edit like 3 of the leagues! i like playing a champions league style ML with all the bestteams in my league an in D2. I couldntbring Ajax or PSV or any of the french sides into my league and that annoyed me too

I dont know if its any help but typing in a players name doesnt always work!Ive unlocked ALL players except those where you have to win ML div 1,Champions league and Europa league.If you search by group then other leagues youll find the unlockable players.I dont know if Beckham comes through the youth teams.Ive only just found this on this years menu and missed out on many players as free agents!I know ive unlocked B.Landroam (Laudrup) but i cant find him anywhere yet!
