Because KONAMI does not read when "we the players" are pointing at serious bugs in this game. This is not new issue. You can even try to dunk the ball and you'll get only 8.

a freind of mine once said he only ever seen a 10 once. during offline masterleague a few years back!!! think it was Ruud with a 'trick!

I get an 8.5 maybe once a month, usually by scoring or assisting multiple goals with a sub or making a huge number of interceptions and completed passes with a defender. I've scored 6 goals with a starter before, and only got a 7.0, but the sub that assisted one got an 8.0!

I was gonna say, I think about 8 is the highest I've seen in any PES game. I do remember scoring 5 goals with one player, inlcuding two free kicks, and only got a 7.5 rating for it.

Ratings are messed up on both Pes and Fifa

I am the same i can score a hat trick and will get what only a 8-9

Its the same on Fifa... CBs always get the highest rating even if i have scored 4-5 goals with a striker.

if someone has had a rating higher than an 8, could you post a picture up? in all the years i have played pro evo, and all the season on BAL, master league, friendlies, i have never seen higher than an 8 and if it is possible, i would love to know how you do it. i have had games scoring 5 goals and 3 assists on BAL and only got an 8. i find it hard to believe you can get higher.

Surely it would make sense to do an out of 10 rating next time?

Has anyone seen a keeper get a really good rating ? Ive had games with mates where a keepers made a worldy double save and a few others and got a 6 . When its clear he was man of the match.

I dont even remember getting a 9 with anyone.

I had 2 10s in PES 08 CR7 got 4 goals and an assist (I scored 5), the other was a Torres hattrick .

highest ive seen is either 7.5 or 8 which im sorry konami but thats not realitic

isnt there a patch or tweak or something which enables the players to get 10,s and ALSO 2s and 3s? (im not talking just about keepers here either though they really do need fixing)

Really im suprised nobody has ever looked at this

In the +- 40 seasons I've played in Bal on pes 2010 & 2011 combined, I've only once had an 8,5. Ironically it was for a 5 minute sub...

This was done first season, as a Left Winger, but playing as Left Back. 59 Short Pass & 68 Long Pass, hence the poor pass completion.

EDIT: A very offensive left back... I think I got the 8.5 rating because I was heavily involved in all three goals, although I did not score or assist any of them.

I have definitley seen 8.5 a few times, thought I saw a 9.0 once.

I believe all stats are taken into consideration like passes and pass %, not just goals and assists. I'm not making an excuse or even saying I understand the formula, but obviously background stats go into overall rating since above an 8 is hard to come by.

I guess I'd like to know if a 10 is attainable though. That being said, I love how difficult it is to get rating above an 8 :)

I've had one (yes, 1) 9.0 in my entire PES-playing "career", and that was in PES 4, scored the winner with Salgado while playing for Real Madrid. He came on the pitch on the 85th minute.

I managed a 10.0 a few Pesses (that seems like correct grammar to me) ago with Zlatan. You have to play a perfect game. Get close to 100% pass completion, dribble a lot, score at least 5 or 6 goals. You have to deliberately give the ball to the same player all the time. Basically play like a douche and you can get the 10.0!

10 is imposible.

I believe about 2 PES ago, I scored a 9.5; Trezeguet 9 goals against a friend on the same console.

I dont know what happened that day: Every time I shot the ball went in. Afterwards it was downhill with him :p

I have, in passed PESs, scored easy 8.5 with Henry.

Best i've seen is an 8.But in online/multiplayer matches i usually get on average about7 ,7.5's in my team.
I've played perfect games scored 5 goals set up 2 goals with the same player(Brandao)on top player and i only got 7.5.
