I type this mid 2nd half of my first post patch MLO game, what's the difference? The laggy spaniard I'm playing lags a bit smoother as he spams another long through ball over the top, ironically this seems even worse & the defenders more useless post patch than before. I cannot be bothered carrying on the game so I let the boring cunt play himself for 2 mins.

The reason Konami don't define everything they "tweak"? Because they want us to psychologically think something's have changed when they've ignored it in their usual arrogant manner. The patch was an ideal opportunity to sort the long ball glitch out & anything else they've done or do will be insignificant until that's sorted.

I've lost the faith for good this time.

Any patch is ideal to sort out any problem the product might have. At least that's what I think :)

They ve fixed the offline Master League boots issue!!!! So all your players wear their nown real normal boots as your opponents!! So finally ML offline can start!!

My point is the patch has not resolved this issue. I couldn't give a flying fuck if my players had bare feet & no boots if they just sorted the massive fuck up that is the long through ball. Defenders with 80+ responsiveness & 85+ defence should not need constant flicking of the R stick to endlessly run towards their own goal ages before the hoof over the top comes. They don't tell you what's in the patch to build up the media & in the end there's no real difference. It's pathetic.

My God, I gave up MLO last month because of that long ball repetitiveness bullshit and surprised to see they've still not sorted the issue out?

Ruins the game and makes every match pan out the same online.

Nope it's not changed at all & I'm now packing it in, in fact I'm tempted to snap the disc & not play it again. I've proper had enough of the sheer fuckin shit Konami put out. I've played every version since iss pro was first launched & it was probably a better game then than it is now. The need to sack the whole fuckin team that runs the game, read some fuckin forums & ignore the fuckin ass kissers who just want new fuckin boots & pro Evo 6 remaking. The games virtually dead & FIFA just grows stronger with no real effort.

Agreed - done with MLO. Will give ML offline another go this weekend, but it doesn't bode well that this will be the first pes release ever that I won't be playing into the next year...

Just shows the state of this game and stupid f***** hacks that konami leave in the game that spoils the game for everyone.

I found mlo to be a lot better. Dunno if it's a placebo affect but I came up against 1 or 2 long through balls in the whole night last night, which was unheard of before. Maybe they've just matched similar play types.

If you play with defensive line set to 3 or 4 then the long balls rarely bothered anyway.

Tried it again tonight, lags still a fuckin joke & I get a kid with virtually every assist on. What's the fuckin point of that? Fuck off Konami you cunts.

I've also played ISS since SNES and then on N64, PS1, PS2, 360 and PS3 and I've had every years release. Imagine the original ISS pro online? It would be a shocker..... run at diagonal angle until you reach the second darker stripe of the grass, shoot 50% power and score 70% of the time. It would be stupid, games always have flaws, it's the users who spoil it by abusing the flaws.

I sold fifa and bought pes because fifa is even more broken than pes.

Fifa lags, pes doesn't, if your pes is lagging then you either are having connection problems or low speeds, or you're restricting the searches too much when searching for people meaning you are being matched with people further away or with less stables connections.

Fifa was unplayable for me online lagged all lover the place, I've only had 2/3 laggy games of PES out of 100+
