Will adjusting VErtical Sync help at all?

I just bought Pro Evo 6 for PC and applied all the superpatch and kitserver stuff, so it now sounds and looks better than any other version avaliable. Get a Playstation styled joypad and you'll never look back at the PS2 version again, the superpatch is that good.
BUT, the only way i could stop the game stuttering was applying a NoCD patch ( tho i DID buy the game itself ) and the game runs ay-ok now. When the game gets busy or when i am playing in some of the more detailed stadiums the framerate can drop somewhat whilst the game is moving downscreen, if you get my meaning(?). Side to side the game is silky smooth, but up and down or diagonally it can get a little jerky. I remember reading in another thread that adjusting the vertical sync in your graphics card options may help, but i have no idea about any of this. So please, if there is anyone out there who maybe able to help thatd be fantastic! I am using a Radeon 9600 series GFX card if that helps at all?

I just can't get over how many hundreds of highly detailed, kits, balls, stadiums and high quality crowd chants there are in the superpatch, plus the FIFA commentary just puts the icing on the cake even when it doesnt make sense sometimes!

What detail settings did you use when you installed the kitserver? That can have a effect on performance.

I was having some graphical issues with my 9700 pro, and updating to the latest catalyst drivers took care of them.
