Will it? Also, will the English league finally be licensed? I thought EAs contract with the EPL expired in 2010?

Tbh the EPL does not need to be licensed. Of all the leagues present in the game I beleive the EPL is the most detailed and the most attention is paid t it by Konami just my opinion.

As for the Bundesliga EA's contract ended this year and Konami already licensed the German natl team naturally the next step would be the league. While they may think they could get away with ignoring the Bundesliga when the league was ranked 4th, very soon it will be ranked 3rd and not having it in the game would be a disservice to PES fans.

It will depend on how desparate EA are to keep hold of the licences, if they are prepared to throw cash at the Bundesliga and Premier League, then likely they will get them again for another period of time. Konami need to do a deal with the Bundesliga to get what they get from Premier League (ie 2 licenced teams and 18 bogus named, correct players)

It's ok if the EPL teams are not licensed, someone always make em and that's really nice. Bundesliga is harder to make and I don't have a bundesliga update in my 1.06, that sucks

It's time Konami added Bundesliga and licensed all leagues and teams.

and they should add the 2nd division teams (for all the current leagues), I mean how hard can that be ??!!!!

so one would feel that he is playing some real stuff !

They used to include the "Germany League", don't see why they couldn't at least give us that, maybe with a couple fully licensed teams.

2nd Divisions (real or fake names, doesn't matter too much to me) with promotion/relegation for all leagues are definitely needed in Master League, as are simulated league matches for "Other Leagues" teams. Teams like Standard Liege currently "play" around 6-10 matches a season, which means loaning them players is pointless, and they can never really compete in the comps they are in because their players don't develop to their full potential.

at least it will be great to have the english and german teams of the champions and europa leagues, what if the point to have the license of the cup if you don't have the correct teams

As previously stated in other threads about Bundesliga teams, EA had the exclusive license and the DFB (?) threatened to sue Konami unless they removed all the fake German league teams, hence they disappeared. Now, the FA cant do this because of the monopolies and mergers act, so they let Konami have 2 licensed teams and the rest fake, EA get the full license.

I really wanna see the Greek league licensed!!
And also the Portuguese, Turkish, German and Russian.
It would be cool to have more choices and make the CL qualification more interesting.
Plus, Many leagues means they can add a League ranking system that would really matter when qualifying for Europe.
A small Greek or Russian team sneaks into the 3rd round of Qualifying for the CL because a bigger Greek or Russian team made it just far enough to get the league some points.
That kinda stuff would be so exciting, rather than having the same teams every time

Get Fifa, I can't imagine Greek or Russian league in in PEs for couple of years. That's not very realistic. I'll be hoping for Finland's league, lol :D
