Work in Progress: Making a MLS 08'/Mexican Option file, need your help!

Hey guys, right now i am working on making a MLS option file which i have already begun. I am using Mrgaemtight's option file as a template, i am thinking though of taking out West Ham as the team as one of 8 teams with the official jersey and making that Boca Juniors or D.C. United(im a big fan of them).

With that said, could anyone that is a fan with the MLS help me out when it comes to other teams,like jerseys, rosters(could get this though from MLSnet.com), players stats, etc. i have DC basically done with its official numbers, roster, and player names along with me making them look as real as possible! It took me probably on/off close to 5 hrs to just finish them!!! This is my first time trying this out but i hope to get this done soon in a month or so, cause right nwo they havent as far as i know released most team jerseys yet. So im going to try to watch to see what their official home and away jerseys look like.



I also have 5 spots to fill up, 4 on the league c side which i think i will turn those 4 into popular mexican sides, like america, chivas, pachuca, and im not sure who else to throw in as the last on that side? Who else should i throw as the last team? Or maybe 4 other teams? Help me out guys!


And then for the last spot im going to make it probably into a popular south american side, which i think i might make the winner of the copa libertadores 08'.


So what do you guys think? Any suggestions? I have already assigned beckham and blanco to fire and galaxy, same goes with altidore to RBNY, and the rest of the guys who are on the US nat team right now in the game to their respected MLS clubs. I will do the same with mexico once i can figure out which teams to use as my 4 mexican clubs.... im thinking of doing also the 4 clubs in the superliga to face off against the 4 that are from the MLS this summer. How about that?

check out pesfan.com. They have tons of editing threads for each league. You can use it for reference. The MLS thread has a lot of info with up to date transfers. Unfortunately I don't think anyone has started a thread for the Mexican League. As far as your fourth team I recommend Santos or Juaguares. They both has good teams this year and A. Bautista plays for Juaguares.

Are you creating this option file for the UK version or U.S. version?

how about throwing Cruz Azul for the last Mexican team, they are one of the top three super powers of La Liga Mexicana

Excellent excellent excellent!! Finally, ive been asking about an MLS file for ages. Good on you mate. As far as taking west ham out kit-wise id say go for it, and im a west ham fan, but when you say you are taking their kit out and replacing it with DC or Boca do you mean that this is the only kit you will be putting in for the MLS? Id say there are plenty people out there who will be after the Galaxy kit cause of Beckham etc etc, including myself ; ) Like you say MLS.net would probably be your best bet for rosters etc.

great idea, i've been looking for an option file with MLS and MEXICAN teams for a while now so you've got my vote.
As fourth mexican team put in CRUZ AZUL or TOLUCA and also can u put in some BRAZILIAN teams like FLAMENGO,SANTOS and FLUMINENSE.

Already looking forward to it.

Thnaks mate, i really really need to ad an option with mexican teams specially Club America i think its on the top 5 most important clubs in South/North America a good source for rosters of mexican teams is
www.mediotiempo.com.mx i cant wait for this file to be finish also if you can update the uniforms of the american nationals teams because in the file of Mr Brigth, the uniforms arent the oficials, at least Mexico and Argentina. thanks in advance !

Ok guys, i think personally i have decided that i will do the 4 teams in the Superliga this year, so if you wanted you can make the option to play that yourself.

With that said those teams will be Pachuca, Chivas, Santos, and Santos Laguna.


I am thinking of possibly making Club America the last club and eliminating having another Brazilian club as an option.

What do you guys think?



So far i have 1 team only done, that is DC United. I worked on LA Galaxy's uniform, and will try to take pics of the uniforms on my tv to show my progress.


And could someone link me to the threads in PES Fan that have all that needed info?? THanks again!

I have paused on the work due to school. But i will be done after tommorrow! With that said I plan to restart work using the argentine option file as a template.

i am editing the argetinan option file, maybe you can used this modification because i am adding new player in the copa libertadores team's.

Not sure if the stats for PS3 are the same as PS3, but you can use the stats off of my option file. Its in completed files.
