Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 User Data Workaround:

If you get the message when using 2 or more players in the game of "Use of user generated content not allowed" then follow the steps in the video.

This only works when one user is already logged in via PSN!

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=B7bwg7LfGIU

As we know Konami and Sony have an agreement that only allows signed in PSN users access to user generated content in PES2017. This is a workaround to that issue.

The issue lies in the fact that every player that signs in to a PS4 needs to also sign in to PSN to utilize the user generated content. So things like kits, stadium images, coach images, real player names etc. which have been created by the wonderful PES community out there (Including ourselves) can only be used by PSN users that are signed in.

The workaround is explained in detail in the video and can also be done via the team selection screen.

Please let me know if there are any issues. Thanks for watching guys!

This is only a "half" workaround. As soon as you enter the main menu the error message will pop up again.

If you have a internet connection and want to use the content with friends, create up to 3 sub accounts in parental control and create for each sub account a User on your PS4. Allow all those accounts to have access to user created content. This way you can play everything with edited data, but it is a little effort necessary upfront AND you will have to have an internet connection running once the sub accounts are logging in while pes already is in the Main menu.

Your workaround works for the time you remain in the same mode, but when switching game modes the error appears again.
Then you have to log out all the players except your main account, reload savegame, enter game mode and log in while in selecting side screen.

Yes rawkus, this is true, i did kniw that beforehand, but this was just posted as a solution to those that want to quickly use guest accounts to play games in the same mode, which I understand a few people tend to do. You can then also just return to select team menu when you want to start the next game which should keep the content.

Overall this is quite a pain in the neck as a friend of mine has asked me recently to load up thr options file for him on his ps4 but he has no internet connection... so sad lol wish that restriction could be lifted somehow, i find it kinda silly but yeah its probably some red tape konami had to agree on having if they wanted to include option file sharing
