Resistance:Fall of Man? I heard that game was the dogs bollocks! Also isnt it F1 2006 thats getting released in March for PS3? dunno if theres another one but according to play.com you can preorder the PS3 + 3 Games(incl. F1 06) for £550.

These images of Gran Turismo HD looks pretty amazing. It uses the GT4 graphics engine too, which is not next gen.

People seem to forget that the PS3 was originally scheduled for a March release, just a few months after 360, before being pushed back due to production. It's not like the PS3 developers started their games a year later. There's no excuse for Resistance, a game that was intended to be a March release title, to look like shit given it had an extra 6 months or so tacked on to its production span.
Resistance looks like shit?

Not sure how you could say that.

Gran Turismo HD looks the same as Gran Turismo 4. And those pictures dont really do Resistance good-but I've heard nothing but good things about the game.

Haahahahahaaaahahaa!!

You do know there are people posting comparisons between GTHD (which is an early concept) and real life, here's a couple for you...

Here's another link to a page of videos of Formula 1, look at the newest one, watch it now high res, and drool at the lighting!!

As I said, it uses the GT4 engine, but GTHD looks far more detailed and looks more life-like.

But to compare:

The graphics aren't just a bit better. They look far better and the amazing thing is that its running on the same GT4 engine.

OK so the graphics are a bit better...the game will feel exact same

People that have played the demo (it's out in Japan and America), say it feels a lot different, there's a more advanced physics system in place, and also by the time the final game comes out there should be damage, and you'll probably be able to control it with the motion controller so it should "feel" different.

And here's Forza Motorsport 2 on the vastly inferior 360 (sarcasm). This already has crash damage and great physics. Forza 1 was actually fun to play, you know.
