I’ve got a suggestion......

When people get a warning because they are, starting stupid thread's, smamming, posting porn...ect. They should have a yellow card in the corner under there Avatar, and when they are banned, it will display a Red Card, I’ve seen this on another forum before, and i think it would be a good idea here. :)
