First: I'm a first time player of PES. I don like FIFA because of mementum and Scripting.
The PES Gameplay is so much better than FIFA - well done. The better one should win sometimes the luckier one.
What you should add:
1. More leagues:
In Germany for example there is a third league with teams like MSV Duisburg or Hansa Rostock. These teams has a big Fan Base and they should be added. I'm sure the licences for this will be very cheap ! Also you should add more leagues in England like FIFA does.
2 Manager game - DLC?
If you have more leagues it would be much better to manage the teams. I think you shoould split the Manager Game from the main game and only have an API for the Manager game. So you have a Team who works for the main game and you can have a Team who works for the Manager game. If people can buy the Manager thing as DLC you would see what people really want to have and you can add it or not
3. My club should be changed:
The Ultimate Team in FIFA is a great mode where they earn much money. I think you should also change the concept to this. It's nice to buy Packs for real money and for in game money and see what you get. It's like Panini stickers in old times
What you should NEVER do is an online APP like FIFA did. Because of the online App Fifa Ultimate team is cheated ! All the Autobuyers out there destroy Ultimate team and this could only be solved if you don't use online APP. So if you change MyClub then plese NEVER add an online APP for PC !
A nogo in my club is: Coins for stamina !
4. MyClub History
Also I want to start a history with "myClub".
For example: build up my Stadium - If I win Title my Fan Base goes bigger and many things like that. So at the Beginning people would play in my very small stadium and because of the Fan Base and the Stadium the opponent would know how big my club is. If I play PES2016 the Stadium and Fanbase should be imported because in 2020 (PES2020) I'm one of the biggest Clubs out there with many Titles many Fans and so on.

here you can add all things you want and people can vote if they also want to have this in. MS implements all the nice things to xbox one.
The same I wish for PES 2015 or all PES things or Konami things. I'm sure it would improve the game because you directly know what people want - these Ideas don't cost money but improve the product
