Your experience with young players

Well, i've seen a lot of threads talking about this, but no further information about players.
So, i decided to open this thread about people commenting their experiencies with young players, but not the classic players we all know they're good (i mean Aguero, Pato, Balotelli, Messi, Bojan, Benzema, etc).
Not sure about sharing exp with players from the youth teams, may be is another huge random, so i'll only commet players that exists at the beginning of ML.

I'm playing with Boca Juniors, so i'll start with few of those players:
Benavidez: he starts sucking, but not that much, after 3 seasons he had an overall of 82, and i sold it on 14 millions, so he is a good deal oi you already have him on your team, also if not, you can hire him for a few bucks!
Sauro, E.Muñoz: They're players very similars, and develop at the same time, after two season, they overall its about 75, but only because they don't have high Defense. But they're pretty quick, good balance, response, jump and heading... so they really are good defenders.
Paletta: After three seasons, he became a rock. Faster and strong, and incredible effective in the air. He reach about 85 overall, and then sold him to Inter on 34 millons, which was a lot to my poor team :p
V.Kadlec: This kid is great, he almost worths no money, but he get real good in about two or three seasons top. I took him on a one year loan on my second season, and after this season was over, i could get to buy him. In the fourth season he can be about 80 overall, but, don't care to much about it, 'cause he will have about 90/90 speed, and 88/88/88 on shooting.
Welbeck: Same as Kadlec, worths almost no money, and he is really a scoring machine. And too, he can be 80 overall, but being 90/90 speed 90/90 dribble, and 88/88/88 shooting. So i recommend get him as soon as you can. Obviusly is not better than Aguero, Balotelli, Pato or some of those, but he is way to easy to hire.
Cardacio: He isn't THAT young, but anyway he keep improving stats and can play as CMF, AMF, DMF and RMF. So its worths the pennys! At the beginning of my fourth season, i remember he being about 82 overall, kinda crappy shooting to goal, but great to construct game.
Nuchstein, Iluzcnica: Both are kinda similar, they're great, young, develop fast and can play in many position. Nuchstein its more defensive, Iluzcnica is better attacking. Both of them about 85-90 overall at the end of the third season. Anyway, it took lot of negotations to hire them, but i recommend too get them as soon as you can.
Jovetić: Well, he is almost a real let down. I mean, he is good, but his develop its not the faster you would like. He can score some goals, but he's not a MUST HAVE. If you can hire him, go ahead, but don't let fiorentina took much money for him.
Bouwman, Lundberg: Similars players, same age, almost same stats, equal development. Bouwman only can play as SMF, Lundberg SMF and CMF. They're cheap, so they worth the buying. At the ending of the third season, both can reach about 80 overall. And I don't know why, but there are teams interested on them all the time.

I'll be adding more soon! Of course, you can comment your owns!

Cuadrado : young full back who gets better and better. solid yet quick and a good dribbler, his crossing gets good too and he gets quite a few assists for me crossing from deep

Neymar : the guys so quick and nimble other teams can't get near him, his stats aren't all that to start with but his pace is there so the more games you can give him the better he'll be....plus he's free at the start of the game

Moses : left wing right wing, attacking mid, any of the forward positions he can play them all brilliantly. skillful and with good finishing, if you can get wigan to sell him snap him up, great player to have in a squad

Cattermole : the english Mascherano is a tenacious tackler and good with the sliding tackles. quick and dont be surprised to see him popping up in the box nicking the odd goal

N'Zogbia : as good as any winger in the game...can't really say more than that, can play either wing or full back and also central mid so again a great squad player

Wijnaldum : i've not had him long but he's unstoppable, from the right wing in the first 5 games he's scored 7 and assisted 9

Morimoto : signed him on a free after a few seasons and although i dont always start him he probably deserves to with the amount of goals he scores...if you need an extra striker and dont have much money definitely take a chance on this guy

Ariaudo : think i've spelt his name right?....best centre back i've bought

Kakuto : fantastic little winger/forward,,Chelsea usually let him go free after a year or two so look out for him and sign him up

ok should i keep them?

Not sure... when im your situation, i use to let them on transfer list and keep playing with.
So then, teams can keep tracking those players and you have time to think if sell or not :p

Anyone know something about Sandro?? He is a brazilian player, original en Inter Porto Alegre.
