So make some positive suggestions, they are just FM converted stats to give people a guide.

Anyway I thought you actually watched the players and thought the dribbling accuracy of Williams was better than that of Andrew's only by 1% which would have led me to conclude you're either blind or was watching something else but if you got those from fm then fair enough

I used a converter, its not perfect but it gives a good guide & If I have seen a player play regularly then I tweak them, but since I emigrated I maybe only watch the Championship once every couple of weeks.

Like I said if you have suggestions of improvements then post them

@ FunnyMan_ - Will give it a look. Thanks for posting.

@ paul - I'd posted some stats for Dicko when I built him. I used descriptions of him and an old fm screenshot. Now I've seen him play I think I overrated all of his pace stats. I think you're closer with those but I reckon yours are too high on attack, defence, shot accuracy and body balance. He's looked a bit out of his depth at Championship level to me.
