I'm a bit confused by how you can tell how long the contracts last? I have found a lot of 1/1 and 5/3 but I don't know what they mean!
Does it mean month/year or something?

In my version I see 1/1 2/3 3/5 so intake that to mean 2/3 that they are in year 2 of a3year contract 3/5 that hey are in year 3 of 5yr contract.
