Something Small But Annoys Me

I would really love konami to stop giving your backroom staff in ml stupid names that arent real names and you cant pronounce! Im sure there might be someone intelligent enough in there to give them real sounding names from which ever country there from eg. English scout john smith french trainer jacques renaud. How hard can it be!!!
