Edit To make things crystal clear, one combined list of games that you feel are the best you've played. Single player, multiplayer, arcade, whatever.

Following on from my smash hit Movie list thread, and a conversation in our chatbox, I have decided to see if we can compile a list of PESGamings favourite games ever.

Games can be sourced from consoles, PC, iOS/mobile, handheld, browser games etc etc and covers ALL TIME

All it would involve on your part is a PM with your top games in order, and I would then score each title points relative to where they are charted. We could essentially create an Ultimate PES forum Gaming list.

Also, please include your top three consoles in order to allow for us to see what console is perceived as the greatest.

Well the poll really holds no sway, it just proves what we already know, i'm a fag.

The real test will be if anyone actually submits a list to me.

So we should submit our nominations to you straight away rather than waiting for the poll to finish? I'll think of what I'll include over the rest of the day and send mine this evening.

It will be hard to place some games as some are great in one mode but have massive flaws in others e.g. a good single player and rubbish multiplayer or the other way round.

I look at games as an overall whole. Red Dead Redemption is goldy in single player, a bit shit in multiplayer, but overall it is still an amazing game in my eyes.

If people want to submit an SP and MP list i'll be more than happy to collate.

What about long running game series, such as PES, FIFA and Final Fantasy? Do we count these as one?

No, please count each title as a seperate entity, otherwise you could argue Mario Kart, The Super Mario games, Street fighters, Call of Duty et al should be a series and not individual games.

OK, but it could be harsh on a series if it's not represented, because people prefer one title over the other. For example, if everyone had a different PES/ISS, but there wasn't enough of one to be included in the top ten.

I know, but you might see a bunch of games of a series at the buttom of the poll, because they all got one vote each. I don't mind, but I thought it might be worth pointing out.

I'll create a list based on franchises (anything with say 4+ games) once everything is collated as well dragonfly.

Cool people make top 10s, but then don't put them in order.
