can not play 2012

I`m new in this forum
have a strange problem
i installed both pess 2011 and 2012
i can play 2011 with no problem but in 2012 when i run it after 1 min it comes out from te game and shows this:

when i want to run the 2012(and 2011) it first shows this:

and i choose ignore and it goes to the game
in the propertise of 2012 i found these items:

well, you require 128 VRAM on your video card, but it only has 64 VRAM
