Pes 13 MLO form system + salary cap?

Is there any info on these?

The 2012 form system was one of the main reasons I stopped playing MLO.
I wasn't interested in a speed merchant team, so I tried to create the current Arsenal squad. Annoying thing was, with the exception of 3-4 players, everyone was on the same form life cycle. And eventually, during those 2-3 days of an entire squad of blue and purple, I just didn't feel like playing. So when I felt this starting to dictate what day of the week I wanted to play, it just wasn't worth it.

Is the salary cap known yet and do you guys think it will work as intended?
Most of the people I played online had the same 5 players up front (from the same 10 or so players on form rotation). I'm just not sure this will change. For me it's just as boring as facing Real and Barca every time.

I had a love/hate relationship with the contract system, but I thought it was a necessary evil to create the challenge needed for MLO. Otherwise it would be too easy to buy the best players too quickly, and that's no fun. Will this still be in 13and if not where will the challenge come from?
