Evening people i need your help if poss i have installed the patch from the first upto the 4.0 its working fine but i dont have any stadiums does anyone know they should be stadiums because there name is showing up but wen i play at emirates or etierd arena mind the spelling its not the real stadium thank you and sorry for bothering you

go to the option file section. depending on the version you have, there are stadiums you can import. there should be instructions you can follow to install them.
