Aye Muad it's mad the way people tend to forget so easy how good a player really was in his prime and with Figo his prime seemed to last around 10 years lol.

I remember when he first joined Barca and all I could say at the time was "oh my god".

Giggs is also a great player but pound for pound over each of their playing years Figo reached a higher level than Giggs in all departments.

Better vision
Better first touch
Better free kick
Better passing
Better crossing
Better Finishing

Giggs however may of been slightly quicker.

EDIT: Figo had/has more hair while Giggs is losing his.

Figo is only slightly better than Giggs in those areas, it means he is more effective in a central area, out wide they are equal. I know Figo had pace but Giggs was clearly faster, more agile and had better stamina was better defensivly.

To me he has been the best left winger ever and to think he played for England U16 imagine what it would have been like if he played for the senior team.

He did make a horrible career move, but he still has a place in my heart. He gave us many a memorable moment.

I can't say i have seen enough of Giggs to state this, but i'd venture that Figo is better with his weaker foot.

Giggs is no doubt a fantastic player, but I think Figo is a bit better. Personally I felt Figo has a greater influence in a team, because he seems to be a real match winner to me, like scoring that 35 yard shot against England.
