Both are utter shite and should be avoided. Unless you play games that are 3-4 years old then it will be fine. Do you have a budget? If so post it and see if we can get you something better with your cash.

There is no card called a GeForce 5. I am not sure though why you cannot open PES3 with the 7000 (isn't the greatest card, not by a long shot but PES3 doesn't use features like shaders so in theory should at least run).

What is the name of the error you get, and make sure you have updated to Direct X 9 and the latest drivers for your video card. Visit www.Microsoft.com and www.ati.com respectively for these things.
