Anyone else think this? I mean, I can play them and beat them, but even when I'm winning 5 - 0 against them, I'm still left frustrating.

Things I've noticed is that they're really jammy, have the most of those 'technically it wasn't a foul' moments when attacking against them (you know what I mean, looks a blatant foul, but in replay you can see the faintest of touches before they get you), and then those 'technically it was a foul moments' when you're defending.

Just had a game then, beat them 2 - 0, but as per usual I went through hell. Pretty much every pass under pressure was blocked, winning headers in attack was a nightmare again, considering they must average about 6ft 5inches for the squad or something.

Then when I did beat the defense, there was Howard waiting for me. Oh joy.

Haha, the only problem I've had with that is that it happens every single game without fail, the scoreline suggests it was easy but to anyone watching, you can tell it was a real struggle.

There's also the fact that I've noticed if you sim a game against them in MM (doesn't matter what team you are), you will often find yourself losing more games to them than what normally happens in real life.

Meh, not really a rant, just sorta wondering if anyone else goes through this?

EDIT: Also, is the second wind trait accomplishment bugged? I've just unlocked it for the fourth time, even after saving the game on each occasion

I don't have this problem at all - what difficulty do you play?
Though something similar happened to me for two seasons on the trot against Espanyol. Every bloody match, they were destroying me. Time after time they kept making through passes that my defense couldn't reach. Though the rest didn't happen, and I beat them 2-1 after simming against them. Now, fourth season in, they seem much easier, and they haven't made a through ball since.

Well, I notice that Everton are always near the top of the table, and I pin this down to having competent strikers and an awesome keeper. When games are simmed, they hardly concede, so they pretty much get a point every game at least, but with their decent strikeforce in the game, they more often than not get a win.

This in turn gifts them decent form, and playing them mid season can be a nightmare for me, I play on Legendary and normally as Sunderland

i have only just got fifa cos i brought it on ebay for a bargain

into my mm and i have found everton frustrating. i won 3-0 against them. but it took till the 75th minute to break them down and actually start getting goals. a brilliant team.

i got frustrated by yeovil too. i did what man u usually do and weaken my side for the cup match and although i won 2-0 it was still a frustrating game with their keeper easily being the best member of their team. i could run riot against every other person but when it came to the keeper he was unbeatable most times
